@ Obama inherited the worst recession in history, caused by real estate and bank fraud

does the name Barney Frank ring a bell???????

  • Cathy

Mark2, Bush who gave up looking for him Where in the hell is your proof of this? They never stopped looking for him.

  • Cathy

Mark2, Bush who gave up looking for him. Where is your proof?

  • Ratboy

Cathy, are the meds missing from the cabinet? I think there are a couple of loons that might have over indulged!!!

  • Cathy

They must be…. Ratboy. They have been over indulging for days. Don’t you see my warning yesterday? The loons have gone from being on the lake to being in the lake.

Bush 41 has an update to his 1999 book of letters coming out. The timing of the book is not good for President Obama. The Senior Bush’s defense of his son paints the press and Obama in a bad light without even stating his name.

  • Hillbilly

d.d. – Add up all the programs like that and you end up with real money, $364 billion.

Congress & the POTUS can’t agree to cut anything so they get sequestration.

Tom Coburn tries to bring attention to the GAO reports, but it always falls on deaf ears. I heard him say the fed govt has 44 (if memory serves me right) programs to train teachers. Leaving aside IMO the fed govt shouldn’t be training teachers, any reasonable person would conclude we could do away with at least 30 of the 44.

  • Hillbilly

Mark2 – 3. He pushed for and won middle-class tax cuts that benefitted every American worker, and saved the typical family $3,600 in taxes over the last four years.

Last night you said they didn’t work. Make up your mind.

Hillbilly, Shock collards do not work. A quick trip to a dog pound in a higher middle class area will prove it. Most of the dogs have a bare rectangular patch of skin on their neck. This is made by repeated shocks from the collard. The drive to run and mate is so strong the animal will endure the short term pain.
I have to believe a wolf’s drive to eat (survive) is as strong if not stronger then the drive to mate.

They do OK (not 100% effective) on small dogs with short hair. Last wolf i saw wasn’t small nor did it have short hair. I used one with a Cocker Spaniel. Had to keep her neck area where the points of the shocker were shaved. I agree it won’t work on a wolf for very long. If it manages to shock him, it might deter him once or twice. If as you say he’s not hungry or wanting to mate.

  • Cathy

Hi Hillbilly. Did you see my post on shock collars? In short they don’t work.

  • Cathy

I’ll answer you for Mark2. me as Mark2, I’m just being like your republicans. You bunch of hypocrites

  • Mark2

@Cathy “So, again I ask, how did the laws you stated impact you personally?”

-Additional funding for the VA Health System and Wounded Warrior centers
    -Vocational Rehabilitation
    -Post 9/11 GI BILL

Many of my buddies have taken advantage of the Executive Order he put our back in in his first year that dealt with Employment of Veterans in the Federal Government. I might end up jumping on this ship as well.

They have also benefited from the additional funds for TBI, PTSD and other mental health problems.

Yawn, featherweight doesn’t give the Beige Book any weight. I refuse to address him except in the third party because he talks nonsense & is probably a part time employee of Think Progress living at home mooching off his parents.

    Remember when ……

Nancy Pelosi told Americans Obamacare would create 400,000 jobs “almost immediately.”

    I repeat :

The Federal Reserve’s latest Beige Book report

Feds: Businesses Are Hiring Less And Laying Off Workers Due to Obamacare

Employers continued to cite the Affordable Care Act and its unknown impacts as reasons for planned layoffs and reluctance to hire more staff.

  • Mark2

@Cathy “Mark2, Bush who gave up looking for him Where in the hell is your proof of this? They never stopped looking for him.”

Just listen to Bush’s own words when asked about Bin Laden. Since we can’t post links anymore, just google ‘Bush remarks about whereabouts of Bin Laden’

That’s awful news. He could play twice as fast as anyone and still make sense. He died at 68 and the only mental image I have of him is from those Ten Years After days.

Hi Hillbilly. Did you see my post on shock collars? In short they don’t work.

Yes i saw it & agreed with you. One minor exception noted above. They can be effective on small short haired dogs. Not 100% effective, but they do help. I personally can’t stand to see a dog on a chain 24/7. IMO that’s cruel to the dog. Before i fenced in the yard i used a invisible fence on a Cocker Spaniel with some success.

  • 1966

    @apple stinx
I’d put him up there with jimi hendrix.I think that’s how good he was.

  • usa8888

DD is in favor of 100% increases in healthcare cost…..every 10 years and opposed to Obamacare..

  • usa8888

    Right wing priorities:
    1) eliminate birth control and support the Personhood Amendment
    2) eliminate gun background checks so more criminals and lunatics can get assault weapons and murder more children and adults
    3) give big tax breaks to billionaires with yachts and private jets
    4) replace science with creationism and bible study
    5) eliminate Social Security, Medicare, the EPA, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, etc.
    6) embrace racism, bigotry and general backward thinking
    7) worship lunatics like Slimebaugh, Beck, Hannity and send them money
    8) watch Faux News–the propaganda arm of the right wing (bias 24/7)
    9) ruin the economy by cutting spending in a recession or depression
    10) Obstruction, obstruction, obstruction

  • Cathy

Mark2, The post 9/11 GI BILL was passed by G.W. Bush not OBAMA!!!!!!

  • Cathy

Mark2, VA funding went up 25% under G.W. Bush.
