Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

About Deception, its not exactly going to be easy to get new viewers now even with rerurns given the fact its a mystery, whodunit. Its a shame cause I like this show but I’m glad we will see new eps. And if by a miracle it gets renewed somehow, they can show repeats and maybe have a special show that summarized the entire season for new viewers to catch up.

  • Glue

TBBT get’s 5.7-6.1 ratings. The repeats are obviously good.

2BG get’s 3.5-4.0 Ratings. You can’t expect it to repeat as well.

Also, In TBBT’s first seasons, It only got about 9Million viewers per episode. Wait till 2BG to flourish.

  • EnAmi

Deception is pretty pathetic. New episode against all those reruns and it still comes off worse for wear. Pull the plug now.

  • Brenda

They’ve aired 9 eps of Deception, and only have 2 more left with presumably the big reveal. This is NBC just about everything on that network has pathetic numbers may as well air the last twp eps and reveal the killer and have goodwill with your viewers. Otherwise they should have canceled it a long time ago and not have all this buildup. I think they will show all the eps, this is the first show that Ive watch on NBC in yrs(dont watch the voice or revolution). Plus new viewers will be confused if they tuned in now.

  • The End

It makes more sense to keep Deception on the air.

TBBT grew a ton in its second season and blossomed into a big hit in its 3rd season when it aired behind TAAHM on Mondays at 9:30. 2BG will never have that kind of opportunity to grow. I think 2BG is pretty close to its peak. That show is not a hit like TAAHM and TBBT are.

  • k:Alex

The end of Deception, no competition and still such bad ratings.

  • Nikki

the Following still has a chance to adjust up.. I hope it does the episode was good last night.. it keeps ya on your toes this show. still no numbers for Switched at Birth??

  • Richard Steven Hack

Following stable, which is good for it.

TCD up, but still pathetic. That show is doomed.

90210 is irrelevant since it’s already canceled.

  • Richard Steven Hack

    Spam filter again…

  • The End

    @Richard Steven Hack

The spam filter really seems to love you. It hasn’t caught any of my posts as of yet, and I made quite a lot yesterday as I was stuck at home with the Flu lol

BigBrotherFan: Re Carroll killing the lawyer. She was the dumb one. Did she really expect him NOT to kill her once she’d served her purpose? I could see that coming as soon as she was involved in helping him at all.

Oh, well, at least now she doesn’t have to worry about spending the rest of her life in prison for helping him escape! :-)

Also, I’m unclear about something. Carroll was being held in a FEDERAL facility, right? Wardens don’t approve transfers in Federal facilities. They can initiate one, but it has to be cleared by B.O.P. and the receiving facility. At least they got the part about U.S. Marshals doing the actual transfer right.

Also, I still don’t get how the warden managed to fake the sally port video footage, get Carroll out of his chains, and get him in the lawyer’s car when everything in a prison is under video and/or Marshal AND FBI surveillance. He had to have had help from at least one or more other guards, and there was no real indication of that OR that the FBI nabbed the guards involved. And there’s no way the Marshals would have let him out of their sight after they applied the chains. So at least one Marshal had to be involved.

The show seems to play fast and loose with plot holes a bit too frequently for my liking. Like the FBI letting the moronic trio escape from the house – totally implausible.

The End: It seems that ALMOST every time I mention the show Banshee, I get caught in the spam filter. Sometimes I don’t, but most of my catches have involved that word.

Oh for the mercy of God all bubble shows are doing bad in the CW like bad, other than the ones that got renewed, if Nikita was safe for “syndication purposes”they should have announced it already, if HOD was safe after the low ratings and “fanbase”from a previous season which I doubt exist bec the only fan I see everywhere of this show is Brandy, TCD & Cult doing bad overall, B&TB is not doing too good but honestly is not the worst of the bubble shows, still any of them can get axed out by May nothing is ab the ratings with the CW just check the TSC last year there are many factors that many of us dont know and will go on and on at this boards bec we wont figure it out, so until we know for sure we all be wondering what will happen and who will get axed!

NBC will be the biggest loser tonight

  • Nikki

how come its taking so long for the cable ratings today?? they are usually up by now.

  • Maya

And next week The Voice and Revolution are back !!!!!
Finally…The Following and Revolution are the best shows this season.

  • Ultima

And next week The Voice and Revolution are back

    They don’t return until 25 March…

  • LynTX

Don’t get the appeal of The Bachelor. Does society really enjoy 20 something females acting out to get a man to notice/pick them?? Sorry….. don’t get it.

Love Rules of Engagement. Slightly dysfunctional but believable.

  • John A

Does Deception end on a Cliffhanger or does it have a series finale? I might watch it sometime if it has a ending.
