As expected, Star Wars The Clone Wars is no longer being produced for Cartoon Network according to a blog post on the official Star Wars website, and the  Star Wars: Detours series announced at last year's Celebration VI has been postponed indefinitely. An ending for The Clone Wars is in the works, with the blog post promising " more information on where fans can soon find this bonus content."

well somehow i knew this was going to happen and its very sad to say the least. i always loved the series even though i kinda stopped watching after the third season. i still watched it just not when a new episode came on still watched it when they play reruns of 3-part episodes. but what killed it for me was when it came on early saturday mornings. it was kinda hard to watch it when most saturdays i had to get up around 6 to work a 8hr shift. but i wish the VA’s luck and the production staff i hope none of you guys lose your jobs over the show getting canceled

they should at least give it the ending it deserves, because they ended it so openly like one of the biggest mysteries… what happens to maul? my opinion is they should go at least one more series, and make it the best series ever lol
