Nielsen TV Ratings: ©2013 The Nielsen Company. All Rights Reserved.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Anyone else think CBS is going to bring back both TM and TGW as mid-season shows next year?

No. When was the last time CBS held a veteran drama for midseason?

  • Ultima

    @Max Vrany
if you’re an advertiser, FOX’s M18-34 is way more attractive to you than CBS’s 10 million viewers

Unfortunately, no matter how well you explain this, some people will never understand.

  • beached

Celebrity Apprentice last in totals viewers. What BS excuse is the Donald going to come up with this time?

  • Nick

Wow, considering how Sunday ratings used to look like 2 or 3 years ago, this is… terrible.

  • Ultima

P.S. Where is the retarded Max?

This is getting ridiculous. Can we please have people like this banned?

There’s no excuse for derogatory comments about someone who isn’t even posting here anymore.

  • JP

OUAT & Revenge were both fantastic last night!!! Finally getting back to what made them hits…why are you people not watching these – seriously????

  • Ultima

ABC does these little breaks too often. It’s better to give people 8 episodes in a run, then make a 3 week break, give them 8 again and so on

It is impossible for ABC to schedule like that on Sundays.

  • Michael1

Trump will probably point to all of those viewers who claimed they will start watching the show the moment that Omarosa is fired.

  • HalCapone

“OUAT & Revenge were both fantastic last night!!! Finally getting back to what made them hits…why are you people not watching these – seriously????

They probably are, just not when and how you are watching.

  • The End

Omarosa being back on the show made no sense to begin with, her only redeeming quality was her putting Piers Morgan down, and even then it became old, she wasn’t that good to begin with in her roles.

  • Xavi

Oh. No the. Hiatus after next week will kill OUaT

  • UltimaIsARetard

    You’re RETARDED!

  • The End

No it won’t. Episode 19 – Selfless, Brave and True. Is related to Pinocchio, if the show takes a hiatus here. it sounds like a great place to do so, certainly people have been wanting a certain August Booth back for ages now.

  • Ash

Ooooh watch out we got a real BA over here ;)

  • TerryJacksonNYC

I don’t buy the idea that last night’s ratings were better because the episode was either, but that’s just because people didn’t know the show was good until after they’d seen it. Point B (the ratings) can only come before point A (the quality of the show) in quantum theory… or in side-of-the-road sobriety tests.

And, yes, there are PLENTY of people (in this thread alone) who have said that Revenge is “complicated.” I believe the phrase “too complicated” has been used to explain the ratings decline as much as the fact that the show rarely airs more than four or five new episodes before being preempted.

  • TerryJacksonNYC

Wow. I’ve made some comments recently about the degrading quality of some of these threads and I think we just hit on some of the best examples of the worst sort of commenting.

Ultima is many things. “Retarded” is not one of them. I’d probably include “well informed” as my top descriptor, but I’m not trying to be offensive.

Ultima reminds me of a commenter from a time when things were much more civil – and interesting – around here. THat commenter went by the name of Julia. I don’t know where she is, but she and Ultima are the sort of people who keep me coming back, but I am here less and less these days.

I’m not for banning people, in general, since I am for free speech. But I don’t think free speech applies to anonymous people. Anybody who goes by the “name” of “UltimaIsARetard” should probably have his IP banned… and if that is a sock puppet account, that person’s other “names” should be reported so that we know who it is we’re dealing with around here. Anonymity and free speech do not go hand in hand. Accepting ad hominem attacks by anybody shouldn’t be a standard of any site, let alone one like this, that is based on facts and ideas instead of opinions and personalities.

  • TerryJacksonNYC

Celebrity Apprentice had the fewest total viewers, but it still had the highest demo for the 10PM hour. That’s all that counts. Trump’s goofiness aside, he doesn’t need to make an excuse, since he has facts on his side.

  • Max Vrany
