Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

You forgot to mention that American Dad’s last original was at 9:30, and last night it was on at 7:30.

Good for Revenge. Any guesses on if/when it overtakes Once Upon a Time?

  • Mika

Time to cancel OUAT. The show is a giant flop even if the promotion is HUGE. How much did ABC spend promoting this aberration during the Oscars? If the ratings are this dreadful by the end of the season, i think ABC will reconsider its renewal.

  • DW

ah the mighty daylight savings time has struck again. it happens. cancel all shows. bring on new ones. will solve the whole problem. :)

  • swalker

Wow, Once got a 2.9 in the top 25 markets but I guess that doesn’t mean anything.

  • Cyrax86

@Mika, OUAT will live for 4 seasons. They won’t consider cancelling it when basically all of their new dramas flopped, even Nashville is struggling to pull acceptable ratings now.

  • Juan

Well at least DLS didn’t affect the shows much, very happy revenge rose and is above a 2 again, I hope both it and OUAT both get adjusted up, they were great yesterday

  • samurai99

I am mad at fox for putting American Dad on at 7:30 and making me miss the James Bond special. I also find Bob’s burger’s to be overrated.

So close with my OUaT prediction.

  • Roco

I think Max, oops I mean Rob has a point, they want pull Red Widow just yet. Hey Max, I mean Rob, interesting you’re always the first to post, just like Max! Interesting..

  • TJ

    Excellent hold for Celebrity Apprentice

  • Richard Steven Hack

Juan: Revenge is not “above a 2″ it’s AT 2. And next week it could drop to 1.9 since this week was mostly a “mourning” show.

Hopefully it goes up another tenth or two before the finale to counteract the DST effect which has still to hit with full force as the weather warms up.

But I wouldn’t count on that, unless they really do up the ante on the show. That line Emily said seemed clear to me that they intend to. They have seven episodes left to improve the show and reach a decent rating on the finale.

  • Shana

    Love Revenge good Knews…

  • Gary S

ABC would consider cancelling OUAT if they started to lose money on it

  • SJ

American Dad did markedly better than Cleveland Show in the 7:30 time slot. So obviously, the time slot is not the problem. It’s the show. Cleveland – certain to be cancelled.

I’m glad Once didn’t drop further. Also, in hindsight, ABC really should have burned off 666 Park Avenue. It would have done better than HE/Apt.23, Shark Tank Repeats and Red Widow (although it would have been done by the time RW premiered).

Solid for The Good Wife. How long is NBC planning on airing repeats from 7-9?!

  • r0ckmypants

@Roco – I don’t know what you’re looking at, but there are no posts from Max.

  • Matt

I have a hunch that all Sunday network ratings will increase once Cable juggernauts The Walking Dead and The Bible end at the end of the month. Those two shows are seriously getting abnormal ratings for Cable, and they are getting better ratings than networks these days can only dream of.

  • Roco

Max is still around, and he was the first to post.

  • rob60990

@Roco, I’m not Max and I got better things to do than sock puppetry.

  • MichaelChickless

Go Mentalist! Grew out of TGW!

  • PW

  • Douglas from Brazil

I’m still blaming the Bible for these awful ratings for OUAT and Revenge.
