Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Some people that are posting on here are just so dense, it hurts my eyes reading their comments, like @Mika for example. OUAT will get dat 3rd, 4th and 5th season, if you like it or not, but go on and stay mad and bitter about it. Some networks would kill for a Hit-Show like OUAT and a 2.2 may be not so good for its own high standards, but it’s still a very good rating nevertheless.

  • Mickey

WOOT! Great to see Revenge hit a 2.0. Considering it’s up against the highest rated show on TV (The Walking Dead) that’s not too shabby. OUAT is barely doing better than Revenge now.

I’m personally glad to see Faux Amanda gone. The whole happy little family romance was getting tiresome and had nothing to do with revenge.

So it was Rose McGowan who played Young Cora? I knew I recognized her, I just couldn’t place her. She was great.

  • Moose

Is there really any guarantee that any television channel would be willing to pick up Once Upon a Time’s reruns?

I remember when Chuck was supposed to reach some magical number for syndication purposes, but I have yet to see it air anywhere in reruns. Maybe I just missed it.

“I have a hunch that all Sunday network ratings will increase once Cable juggernauts The Walking Dead and The Bible end at the end of the month.”

I wouldn’t get your hopes up to much. Game of Thrones comes back the same night TWD ends.

  • The End

@Rose McGowan who played Young Cora? I knew I recognized her, I just couldn’t place her.

Probably all the surgery she’s had.

  • rob60990

I believe last night was the first time Barry Sloane was credited with the main cast instead of a guest star so he isn’t going anywhere.

  • Keith

People are actually blaming The Walking Dead for network shows having lower ratings? Wasn’t Revenge getting higher ratings in the fall when it was up against Walking Dead (wasn’t Walking Dead getting the same ratings in the fall?)? Didn’t the ratings for Revenge drop before The Bible ever premiered? Why can’t people be honest and admit the ratings dropped because Season 2 has been horrible until the last 2 shows? I doubt the show will increase significantly once Walking Dead and The Bible are done. It is a serialized show and Season 2 has been confusing and complicated. I doubt people are gonna tune in after missing the whole season supposedly since they were watching The Walking Dead instead.

The Sunday ratings are probably skewed by the Bible on the History channel which drew a massive audience last week. TGW sure does attract an old audience, probably upscale I would guess.

BigBrotherFan: “It would be so much better if they JUST WROTE AIDEN OUT! OMG! He is ruining the show.”

Doubtful. The only problem with the show this season was too many characters and subplots and Aiden is not one of them. Granted, it wouldn’t kill me to see him go, but he doesn’t HAVE to. The show can improve with him.

“I, for one, happen to really like her”

I like Ashley, too, but her character really is not important. It would be nice if the writers got her to have some revenge motivation, but she’s OK where she is.

“STOWE makes this show work so they need more focus on her.”

I’d say she couldn’t have much more screen time than she does.

“Killing Amanda was a poor choice”

It was absolutely necessary to get Porter into the Revenge game and also to give Emily a shot at him. It was fun that instead he’s ticked off at her now as well. Nice complication.

“but I’m sure the actress saw the SINKING SHIP (PUN INTENDED) of the writing and likely asked to leave. lol”

Doubtful. Her character was shark bait the minute it was conceived, I’m sure. She turned from bad girl to good girl and that made her boring. I’m sure they decided to kill her off from the beginning because everyone wants to see Jack and Emily get back together eventually. She was a great wild card character who messed up Emily, Jack and the Graysons. But eventually she would have to go.

I’m just wondering who else will die before season finale. A LOT of bodies are dropping this season. :-)

@moose…considering disney owns abc and once is a very disney kind of show…i’m sure if all else fails, disney would air once in syndication on one of their cable channels…

  • robrab14

Well I for one am relieved that OUAT held steady (and hoping for an adjustment up). Considering what happened with last year’s DST drop, holding steady this year actually means an improvement.

  • Billiam

I like ‘Red Widow’ but I realize that with a 1.2, they are likely to yank it any moment… like they did Zero Hour.

  • TVDude

On the always falling apart broadcast television, OUAT has held OK. Yes, ABC would love to see it get above a 2.2, they would also love to see it above a 4.0. The thing is, they aren’t finding great success on the other nights either. Even MF has dropped below a 4.0. The sad fact is, even at a 2.2, OUAT is still one of ABC’s higher rated shows. It’s still certain for renewal, and it will be next season as well.

  • Ted Craig

I don’t usually comment on content, because it’s subjective, but some ratings decline is self-inflicted. I will say that I read ABC executives were worried about Revenge’s long-term prospects from the start and considered changing the protagonist every season. I don’t watch the show, so I don’t know what tweaks they might have made, if any.

  • alex

Revenge is still struggling, thats bad and then you have the rest of this season and probably next season when those numbers.thats not going to be well.I sense cancellation.

  • SJ

The final scene of the final episode of 666PA was so ridiculous, it almost made me want to go back in time and unwatch the whole season. But I won’t spoil it for the people who have yet to watch it. I doubt production spilled over into 2013. There was enough time for ABC to air it, but they got greedy and thought they could get better ratings with something else. They didn’t.

I think he was made a regular with episode 14, which aired three weeks ago. I honestly don’t get the Aidan hate. He is the only worthwhile new character they’ve introduced this season and it’s pretty clear to me that he and Emily are the endgame.

  • Tihomir

    ABC is a flop.

  • iMember

Sooo happy Revenge went up! I hope it continues to be on the rise for the rest of the season. Last night’s episode was really great!!

  • Brian

Glad to see OUAT hold steady. This is what I was hoping for due the DST issue. I’m Canadian, so I don’t get a say in these ratings; thus, I have to deal with whatever happens because we don’t cancel shows cause we don’t have the authority to do so cause their US shows, we just put up and if its there, its there. Anyways, I predicted a 2.4 or 2.5 because I knew that a major rebound was really slim with DST and my dread was a 1.9, so I hoped for a steadiness or rise to 2.5 at least due to DST and I’m glad it was stable.

  • SJ

I actually half-expect ABC to burn-off 666 Park Avenue during May sweeps, as Red Widow will already been done by then. I mean what else could they put there?
