They can spin it however they want, she still isn’t beating the soaps. L

  • Mike

All I can say is who cares. She doesn’t have to beat the soaps. For one thing she is syndicated and the soaps are network.

I love how soap fans love to compare Katie to the soaps, but when someone even tries to compare Judge Judy to the soaps…they immediately throw up that Judge Judy can’t be compared because she doesn’t air at the same time or against soaps.

Judge Judy and several of the syndicated reality shows wipe the slates and kill the ratings of the soaps.

As long as Katie continues to perform consistently as she is, and continues to rank #6 out of the 18 syndicated talk shows she will be safe.

As I said in the Steve Harvey thread, I love talk shows and feel they have as much of a place as soaps and game shows. I just wish we had more game shows. I love variety in my daytime. And I feel right now that CBS and ABC have the best lineups they have had in years. I hope they keep it that way for a long time.

yeah who cares she is doing just fine she is beating steve wilkos the doctors and rachael ray

GH Is THE BEST on Daytime !

  • Ralph Hahn

Maybe Katie will have Matt Lauer on as her guest. He can cry and whine on her shoulder, saying it’s not his fault that co-host Ann Curry was given the boot.

  • Nick

She’s beating Rachael Ray? That’s surprising.

who cares? Katie still sucks….we don’t need all these talk shows. ABC does not have the best lineup in years. ABC is known as the worst daytime lineup in years, and that is why people are still boycotting ABC. ABC will always be #4….

primetime blabber you need to just grow up abc is #2
