BSotgnw–I have NEVER heard such a line of crap in my life. You worked for a Fortune 500 company–doing what? You say the Market went down because of Obama…forget about the worst economic conditions in history the outcome of which was not known but thought to have been disasterous–not only for the US but for Europe as well (because of the intertwined real estate and bank fraud). And you try to blame the market pull back on Obama???? Obviously, you have NO economics or financial experience or college education. That’s probably the most absurd statement I have ever heard—worse than Lian Ryan….

  • usa8888

Instead of addressing the Rat–I should be addressing the one making the most absurd statement above I have ever witnessed–Bsotgnnw—I should ask him is he can state any right wing GOP accomplishments during the Obama term other than obstruction and support of legitimate rape candidates…..come back to us, BS

    Put up or shut up

  • usa8888

Bs–you whole statement about cutting back because of Obama and not the worst financial crisis in history (other than the Great Derpression), the outcome of which was uncertain is ABSURD. I could tell you have no financial acumen whatsoever from the statements you made above. I would be happy to set you stright if you like……

Stan T. wrote: “Okay, Okay, I didn’t hear it all, i just caught part of it…Mr Ed says it’s his last show for something…”

He’s being pushed out to work on weekends 5-7pm, which might not please fans of the weekend documentaries. I used to think that low ratings in the A25-54 demo alone didn’t get shows canceled on cable news channels, but there may be a case for when your show is outperformed by competition on CNN  , which has been often the case with ‘Ed Show’ of late.

Bs– I see you need enlightenment based on your total lack of financial acumen:
1)The economy has been set back by the greatest recession in history and it has been UNIQUITOUS. Further, the right wing GOP has obstructed economic growth operating under the absurd construct that cutting spending is good for the economy and job growth. Blame the GOP.
    2) I have already explained to you that obama has NOTHING to do with gasoline prices. Supply is way, demand way down, and crude down but refineries are gouging the public. There is inverse correlation when it should be positive.
    3) size of budget is not the issue. It was caused by Bush’s unfunded wars, drug program and tax cuts, and the worst recession in history.
    4) unemployment is improving in spite of the backward thinking of the right wing GOP and their effort to kill the economy.
4)The stock market is at all time highs because of record corporate profits!
5)Outsanding debt in a recession has nothing to do with anything. It’s a right wing bugaboo for the right wing uneducated..spending must occur….
6)S&P rating downgrade was CAUSED by the right wing GOP.
7)Treasury bond yields have nothing to do with anything…
8)the dollar has strengthened against the Euro, the Yen, and other currencies lately.
9)gold is bought by suckers on Fox Fake News spurred on by Glen Beck.
10)NYSE volume has nothing to do with anything
    11) the GOP has hurt employment with their absurd right wing policies…But the Fed and Obama have saved the day and the economy is starting to humm again and as I mentioned, housing prices and sales are way up, captial investment is at multi-year highs, and corporate and consumer loans are are multi-year highs. Car purchases are way up.
    12) the backward thinking right wing lost the election big time and will lose in the future–they are completely out of touch with reality and the American people.

Bsotgnw, according to Dung everyone on this site who has conservative beliefs lie. Of course all Obama supporters and liberal are truthful and super intelligent.

  • Cathy

If Ed is going bye bye. Am I going to get my wish, is Maddow moving to 8pm to face off with O’Reilly?

  • Dreamer

Is this true? They should have just rid one of Chris Matthews slots.

  • Bsotgnw

Nice rant but the numbers are the numbers. And my experience is fact not sophomoric (or should I say fourth grade)political fantasy from a polywonk!

  • Dreamer

    or should, Haaha

  • Mark2

@Bsotgnw “But business people look forward not in the moment.”

Well it’s a good thing they didn’t listen to the Republican predictions that the markets were going to crash if Obama was re-elected.

  • Coffee Steve

Well one thing is for sure, at almost 58 years of age, sure hurts a little extra to change a flat tire :-)

I seen where ED is leaving the MSNBC lineup in April and will only be on weekends there. Apple already gave the scoop I was just so excited I had to repeat it

Wife and Daughter leave for Scotland soon, I told my daughter to make sure when they visit some castles to watch out for Dragon Poop… Little did I know she believed me LOL

  • Dreamer

@ the Ed show, when your guest says I finally got what I wanted, You lose credibility.

  • Mark2

Exactly what date are you using for your “Then and Now” rant?

  • Coffee Steve

I seen where TVBN is “We’re no longer accepting hypertext links in comments.”

Darn I was going to post a site that gave the winning lottery numbers for Friday night

  • Dreamer

    To: Coffee Steve,

I know you will miss your loved ones! (why are you not going?)
Somtimes I think you are the voice of sanity around here.
