Eh.
At this time last year Survivor pulled low 2s – for a show that old it still has a fan-base
Horrible for The Neighbors. Its only chance is Fridays. Certainly will not be back in this timeslot. It was promoted as new so no excuses.
Season high for Survivor.
When was the last time IDOL adjusted up two tenths?
Nice to see season high for Survivor
Friday seems ok for The Neighbours.
A LMS and Neighbours combo should work.
Not surprised to see Survivor up: they were hyping this episode up for the Brandon Hantz trainwreck, and it worked it looks like.
Neighbors may not survive on Friday….lower Hut Levels for that day makes me think it would fall to 1.0 or lower. Look at Golden Boy, it is doing 1.5-1.6 but on Fridays it plumetted to 1.0.
IMO, Malibu Canyon is a better performer, keep the 2 together (I watch LMS but not MC) as they seem to be a good fit.
Idol is finally getting good and solid! I like to see that it’s adjusting up consistently now.
So Idol is flat with last week’s after all.
It’s amazing that a CSI repeat beats originals of Golden Boy and Vegas.
ABC running its sitcoms like this reminds me of NBC’s Thursday situation last year. I think Community, Parks and Rec and 30 Rock aired in three time slots each from January to May so that NBC could avoid repeats; the only difference is that ABC is doing this in order to premiere two new sitcoms within the same block.
Hey, ABC, here’s a little lesson in logistics for next season: when you have 10 sitcoms on the schedule, it might not be a bad idea to premiere at least 6 of them within the first three weeks of the season. With HE/Apt.23 and LMS/Malibu Country debuting as late as they did, their mid-season comedies got pushed further back and I’m pretty sure both will soon be dinner for the Cancellation Bear.
@Raykov
Survivor pulled 3.0/9 March 14 last year. American Idol did 5.4/16. The rest of ABC and CBS were new too.
So I guess the people who love to complain about Idol are going to eat their words, right?
DST appears to be having no effect its first week out.
Neighbors is fine. Yes it will probably move to Friday or, since ABC’s scheduling department is clearly on drugs, it could move to any number of places. But it is safe for this season.
CSI’s numbers are impressive ! And it beat Criminal Minds in total viewers
Arow went down to a .4 still good for a repeat though.
Haha first time on this site. I love how everyone is an expert and seems to know what works and what doesn’t, what show should be moved and which one won’t benefit from a a better time. I bet 90% of the comments will be proved wrong, but still entertaining.
All three networks combined at 10pm failed to top Duck Dynasty – I know they were in reruns and CSI still got a number that tops some first-run episodes of the network’s bubble shows, but yikes.
“Aww, nuts for Nashville.”
Wtf is the point of using my name to post this nonsense?
