Google Reader Is Dying, But You Can Still Follow TV by the Numbers By Twitter & Facebook, Plus Email & RSS
If you use an RSS reader, you probably know by now that Google Reader is going away on July 1. While there have been rumblings of other companies stepping up to take its place, it might be a good idea to review all the different ways you can follow TV by the Numbers. Even if you don’t use RSS, these options are good to know!
Twitter: You can get our headlines and links to all our articles on your Twitter account by following our Twitter feed @tvbythenumbers.http://twitter.com/tvbythenumbers If you’re currently using RSS, following our Twitter feed is likely to be the closest current alternative.
You can also follow the Cancellation Bear on Twitter via @TheCancelBear. The Cancellation Bear will retweet all the Renew/Cancel Index post titles and links as well as engage in some back and forth banter which is mostly absent from our standard @TVbytheNumbers Twitter feed.
Facebook: Click here to go to Facebook where you can become a Fan of TV by the Numbers. “Liking” our Facebook page allows you to see our posts in your Facebook news stream. Because Facebook’s algorithm doesn’t send everything to your news stream, if you want to see more of our stuff in your news stream you should ‘Like’ some of our individual posts. You can always click through to our Facebook page to see all our latest posts.
Email: You can get our posts delivered daily in a single email. Usually at about 2pm Eastern time. To start, click here. Our current daily email is driven by Google’s Feedburner service, which also may have a limited lifespan. We will explore alternatives were it to be dropped.
RSS: You can have our articles sent to your RSS reader. To start, click on the RSS icon in the blue bar above or here. Our feed is currently driven by Google’s Feedburner service, which also may have a limited lifespan. We will explore alternatives were it to be dropped.
