I really like Grimm but I wouldn’t release a PR for this, I mean #2 against a non scripted repeat? sigh NBC, just sigh.

  • Densio

    Season Low for Grimm

  • DenverDean

The hour’s #1 scripted program among those networks in all key demographics. Let’s see: CBS H50 (R) scratch; FOX – Touch (WIN). Sad, sad, sad.

I really really love Grimm. Everyone should watch it. It’s the best thing on Friday nights.

  • Kevin

NBC better renew GRIMM for Season Three.

  • Dan S

I’m not worried about Grimm not returning. I hate seeing it sandwiched between 2 of their lowest rated shows however. Hopefully next season NBC will try to find a more compatible lead in for Grimm than reruns & Fashion Star.

  • Ashley

If NBC is smart, they would put Hannibal next to Grimm at 10pm but they won’t. I wish they would give Grimm a better lead-in.

  • Gene

Personally I think NBC should try Grimm on a night with larger audiences than Friday. It has a strong fan base that would follow no matter where it is, and it might have even stronger ratings for them. Then they could go back to running a 3 hour block of news programming on Fridays. (Dateline and Rock Center) Their ratings were really decent with that during the end of Jan./Feb.

@Gene, they tried it on Monday (I believe) at the beginning of the season before they moved it back to Friday. I think it was to see if there was any ratings change – there wasn’t. Might as well leave it on Friday and see if they can’t pair it up with something and maybe make a ‘block’. I love the show but it’s not Lost and I don’t think its ratings are good enough to help any new shows for NBC and it seems to stand on it’s own well enough since NBC certainly isn’t pairing it up with anything that would make a block right now. IF, and that’s a big if, NBC could come up with a good pairing that would be great. People are talking about Hannibal but I’m not sure if that really is a good pairing for Grimm or for Hannibal. Just because they both apparently have outre premises doesn’t necessarily mean they go together but then what else does NBC have?

  • JR35

Not only that, Re Grimm, but to tout that Fashion Star matched its dire premiere? That’s something to get the noisemakers out for, indeed.

  • Jason

What’s a lead in? I hit a button and for 42 mintues I have Grimm! Hope they count “smart” viewers who find more conveniet means to watch this and other shows.

I expected the plot would suffer this season but I am pleased with how the show is going!

  • Shaz

@Jason If you skip the commericals, they don’t want to count you anyway.

  • Jason

@shaz Still a viewer that wants a third season. Besides, iPhones on every ear are adverts enough!

  • PurpleDrazi

Besides, iPhones on every ear are adverts enough!

Uh, no it’s not. Advertisers who pay to put commercials on TV want to know that their ads are actually being viewed. If you watch it on line or DVR and ff the commercials they they don’t care about you. You are not counted.

Grimm, in German, is quite interesting. I love that the true monsters are not only the ” WESEN “. In the episode about the lost Blutbader – Girl I loved the point that the evil ones were the two white trash brothers and the old, handicapped pederast. Great show!
On the minus side: the only hero is the Blutbader side cick. Everyone else is somewhat difuse like the Police captain or extremly pale and boring like the socalled hero and his partner. That leaves much to ask for!
