Definitions:

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

    Once’s problem could also be that it’s just too much time in Storybrooke, that’s why I haven’t been watching. It was way too boring so I’m two episodes behind now.

  • Lisa

    I am glad Once Upon a Time is doing better. I love the show. Keep the show going!!!!!

  • Samunto

    That boardroom was epic last night on Apprentice. I was so sure Omarosa was getting the axe. This show is such a guilty pleasure!

  • frodo

    Revenge will go up to a 1.9 in the finals which is not too bad but nowhere near the numbers it was getting! Hopefully with few breaks in the schedule and the Walking Dead, Girls and The Bible all ending soon, we can see it go up regularly to the 2.0’s.

  • r0ckmypants

    @BigBrotherFan – I don’t think he’s “mentally challenged,” per se, but he did suffer an extensive brain injury in a motorcycle accident in 1988.

  • frodo

    Not watching Celebrity Apprentice any more, I for one cannot stand Omarosa. Its obvious that Donald will not fire her until the final episodes and everybody on Apprentice knows this.

    I am not gonna waste 2 hours of my life watching a nobody fake cry, throw tantrums and act a fool!

  • BigBrotherFan

    @Frodo

    Oh yeah I’m sure the whole .1 that GIRLS manages to get 18-49 really HURTS revenge LMAO!

    @R0ckmypants

    Thanks. I was wondering..

    @Michael
    I wonder how long she stays, though..?I don’t see her in next week episode preview.

  • BigBrotherFan

    @Frodo

    I doubt she makes it to the final 4 or 5
    She will make the final 6 and then been axed
    she always typically finishes in the final 6

  • Petar Ivanov

    @Walking Dead, Girls and The Bible all ending soon, we can see it go up regularly to the 2.0?s.

    Girls is crap and ratings are shame for hbo. Not idea why is on the air.

    TWD is ending but winter is coming…….in other words GoT rulzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Michael

    Am I the only one that enjoyed Latoya’s soap skit better?

  • Cath

    Busey had a reputation for substance abuse and also injured his brain in a motorcycle accident (not wearing a helmet). He seemed out of it before the accident. The accident harmed him further.

  • Petar Ivanov

    All networks need better shows on sunday. NBC more reality shows. CBS better female scripted shows or survivor and abc savior may be shield or returned(zombies shows) fox new comedies too.

  • BigBrotherFan

    @Michael

    I did but the whole drinking game gag was something they should of thought out more because all I could think of….THERE IS GONNA BE A LINE UP @THE WASHROOM LOL

    I can’t stand PENN one bit! His idea are NOT that great and he throws stuff out there without ANY real backup plan. I couldn’t stand that man last season and I can’t stand him now!

  • aciel

    @frodo
    whats o ironic is that ouat is getting the ratings revenge used to get i dont know how peopl gave up on ouat so fast

  • Michael

    @BigBrotherFan,

    I think it’s a shame that Omorosa wasn’t present. I actually thought her idea of incorporating housewives, as a theme, was a great idea!

  • Petar Ivanov

    Celebrity Apprentice look great for NBC these days on sunday. Like The biggest loser. They are cheap and Betty white show as ULTIMA name it is dirty cheap. More reality shows like this and less expensive smash musicals. May be ready for love is new NBC hit reality.

    I think TBL never go below 2.0 is demo. Most scripted shows on NBC never hit 2.0 in demo this season.

  • Joseph

    I’m happy for revenge! It is what I expected- it’ll go up next week. Also, it went up in half hours so may be adjusted up

  • Bad Wolf

    Still not over the fact that The Good Wife attracts twice Family Guy’s viewers yet it’s still a loser. Sigh…

    Once Upon a Time and Revenge’s numbers are worrying, the former is stuck at its series low and the latter can’t go past the 2.0 mark anymore. I’m pretty sure both will see a 3rd and thus a 4th season, but ABC should already plan on replacements for both on Sundays.

    I think The Mentalist’s numbers are far from impressing given the competition, compared to The Good Wife’s situation.

  • Fred

    ABC should move Revenge back to the Wednesday 10:00 slot.

  • moraliste

    Interestingly, Girls does very well with men over 50, and men in general. The numbers were on one of the links from this web site and I will probably quote them wrongly but I think 20% of its real-time audience is men over 50.
    Of course for network shows, the over 50 male demo is crap, but I can’t help feeling network shows ” for women” could help themselves with the tail end of the demo with a little fine-tuning. Unlike women apparently, men aren’t afraid of being portrayed as to stupid to live, possibly because the male ego always figures its ” the other guy”. But shows with nothing except 100 losers and one prince Charming ( and on TV they always look identically like the poor woman’s jason Patric)get tiresome even for male masochists.
