  • Matt

I loved it. Can’t wait to see more!

  • Andies

Wow.. A&E finally have a real hit.. I figured about a 2.1…. 3.0 is insane. The show was good so I’m very happy.. Now that the Walking Dead is finsihing up.. This will take it’s place for me… yeah

  • Matt C.

I really enjoyed the pilot episode, and I’ll definitely be tuning in for more.

  • Colin

Lomgmire hat over 4 million, so huge disappointment with regard to the total numbers.

1.5 million in the demo does translate into what? At least more than the 0.8 for Longmire obviously.

  • Colin

    “Longmire had”

  • Dan S

That show hit it out of the ballpark. It was intense & a bit disturbing but overall very entertaining. Looking forward to seeing this show settle into a long run on A&E.

  • Oliver

    ~1.3 in 18-49.

  • Colin

I see Longmire had 1.4 million and a 0.8. So it will be possibly around 0.9 or something for Bates Motel. I think thats mediocre at best because this kind of show usually decline in the next 2,3 weeks quite a bit.

  • DW

oh this show wont decline. its too good of a show , it will get good word of mouth. expect renewal in 2-3 weeks.

  • Matt

I guess the Max of Bates Motel is going to be Colin.

  • DW

of course i’m talking like a stupid fan of the show so take my previous comment with a grain a salt. :)

  • BigBrotherFan

    This will go down.

    VERA WAS GREAT

The dude playing Norman Bates was f&%cking AWFUL!

It will get a season two and not any more.

  • Sarah

Not that great, and with the inevitable decline in the upcoming weeks… We shall see.

  • outlawz

^ cosign vera carry this hope the dude improvesc

  • r0ckmypants

    @Andies – Duck Dynasty is on A&E.

  • John A

What other shows do they have? Whats a renewable rating for the network?

  • Katie

I don’t know why people are saying the kid that played Norman wasn’t good. How so? He’s supposed to be kind of quiet and innocent looking but also a little creepy which he pulls off all of them.

  • Jack

Ich can’t imagine that 1.6 million adults in 18-49 is a 0,9 rating.
There are shows that only get 1,6 million viewers and they have a higher target group rating. Surely it must be over 1.0 at least.

  • Petar Ivanov

Really bad. Its was so heavy promoted from a month if not even more. Was on ALL and i mean all tv and entertaiment sites. The americanas with less promotion premiere with same demo. Second episode the americanas was 0.8.

  • NEK38583

I loved the show. I will be back next week. I can not wait. It is one the best shows on tv right now.
