Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

I wonder if daylight savings really made these numbers go down this much. C’mon TF, go up! TCD are now tied with BaTB. It’ll be a tough call. Still think they’re going to cancel the latter.

You can’t blame Rules for dragging 2BG down! Rules actually has it’s own fan base and that was seen in the past two weeks when all the other comedies were repeats, it stayed steady. Now if 2BG actually had a loyal fan base then maybe they would be seeing the same steady ratings. It isn’t the fault of Rules, people CAN tune back in even if they don’t like RoE. Speaking of which – RoE had more viewers when all the other comedies were in repeat… huh.

Is DWTS shortened this cycle or not? thanks

  • K

2 Broke girls is not that funny, and the only person who is funny on Mike and Molly is Mike’s mom. Tv has really sunk low.

  • Shepherd

The chart is usually more accurate when it comes to discrepancies, so for now I’m assuming it got a 1.3. Looking at the 1/2 hour numbers, that would also appear to be the case.

  • Just Desserts

Zendaya and Kellie Pickler are hot.

    Go Andy dick and Wynona!!!!! :) :) :) :)

  • Brian J

The Biggest Loser is a really good utility player for NBC. The network should consider moving it to Wednesday or Friday nights in the 8:00 hour to support scripted programming after it.

@You can’t blame Rules for dragging 2BG down

YES I CAN. The same way i(and many others) blame Partners and we all were right. With TBBT reruns 2BG was with better ratings. Way better. In fact best 2BG ratings this season were with TBBT lead-in. 2BG is a new show and it still need lead-in. That is obvious. Most new shows these days collapse without good lead in. Look at New girl with fox staying it in the midle of nowhere. What happen – it collapse. I guess these days most new shows need at least 2 or 3 full seasons for loyal fan bays to run on its own after that.

Do you have the exact “Castle” start time? 10:01 (to 11:00 PM)?

  • Brandy

Happy CD is up.Sad 2 Broke Girls is down so much.

  • Ateofi

H50 went up after a long hiatus and had more viewers than Mike and Molly and 2 BG, and lost only 0.3 on the demo from its lead in. I haven’t seven this in the whole season. Castle also looks much better than in the fall. I wondering how the ratings will look like next week when Revolution comiesi?czne back after The Voice.
Ouch for The following, did it lose viewers to DWTS?

As bummed as I am about Bones getting a 2.0, I’m more worried about next week. I really really hope it doesn’t fall below 2.0.

  • June

A 2.1 ,maybe a 2 on Finals, for Hawaii 50 is a total flop for CBS. Without that syndication deal it would had been canceled. Such a expensive show for a 2.1. Wasted money and wasted alot.
But the 2.2 for Castle is a good result for ABC, because the network is not doing that great.
With Revolution back next week, Hawaii will drop even more.

Season low for HIMYM on an episode which was arguably a series low in every sense of the word. This is the first time in about a year of watching both that I found myself laughing more consistently at 2 Broke Girls. Neither are comedy genius, but I long for the days when HIMYM was on a par with the early years of the Office and Always Sunny. Even new Community is streets ahead of it at this point…

  • Petar Ivanov

So people think that duck dinasty is more funny than 2BG……..really?

  • Oliver

I expect NBC to move TBL to Sunday next season.

CBS are increasingly weak on Monday and I’d love to see someone move comedies there to directly compete. It might be a good spot for ABC comedy expansion, moving DWTS to avoid competition from The Voice.

  • Noname_Rex

    CBS is struggling? OH NO!

  • Hardline_Pro

The Following was good last night. :( Wah.

  • Can’t remember

OK. I know I’m always on about good writing and acting but I admit I’m into deception. I must be a sucker for the soap thing. Anywho, did anyone else hate last nights ep. It tied up some loose threads and introduced new ones.

This so pisses me off if the show is being cancelled. WTF NBC.
