Did Maddow and O’Donell have fill ins last night? A sound beat down to the big dogs over at MSDNC
Wow!!!
cNBC crushed FOX Business 138K to 4K
Ouch!!! I guess nobody trusts FOX when it comes to financial advice…lol
Fox won the overall and demo ratings last night (as predicted). O’Reilly’s 11 p.m. ratings kicked butt on Ed’s 8 p.m. ratings (again, as predicted). Ed’s replacement might see a short term uptick due to the ‘novelty’ phenomenon but that will also be short lived. MSNBC had it’s ’15 minutes of fame’ for this week last night. It won’t be repeated.
Cavuto’s got it right on media reporting. It’s cool to blame Boehner for not getting Sandy funds to New Jersey not cool to say the bill was so full of pork spending on things other than Sandy, (one example). Cool to give Obama credit for the stock market because of his stimulus spending, (remember shovel ready jobs or lack of), not cool to say it is Ben Bernanke’s stimulus spending that has propped up Wall Street. Looks like we will never get the straight scoop from anyone. Well, back to work.
FOX News kicked MSDNC ass in every timeslot in the demo.
It will be GREAT when Fox Business Channel gets to be on as many cable systems as CNBC which has been around for a long while now. With Cavuto & Dobbs at Fox Business, there’s no way they could lose to CNBC when you can compare apples vs. apples.
But, seeing MSNBC being beaten to near death today makes me happy…and to Comcast Cable, which owns MSBSN…they must REALLY be hurting. OUCH! OOH!
Primetime 25-54 Key Demo:
Fox = 349K
FBN = 4K
Conservative Networks = 353K
vs
MSNBC = 203K
CNBC = 138K
CNN = 156K
HLN = 197K
Liberal Netwroks = 694K
That means that 66% of Key Demo Cable News watch Liberal News Networks and only 34% watch Conservative News netwroks.
Ouch!!! That’s gonna leave a mark!
As expected, soon you’ll see audience comparisons of cable news vs. broadcast TV news. It’s another ‘out of this world’ comparison like cabbage and a ’65 Dodge Dart. ROFLMBO.
Gotta love Mark2! What a tool! FOX buries everyone and he brings up FOX Business!
he just has no idea how to face reality does he?
OH! Actually BEFORE I expected to see the latest Mark2tard post about broadcast news vs. cable news. So predicable. And, SO WRONG!
HLN destroys BSnbc…..That’s funny for all you libtards
What a tool indeed, Rats. Maybe when Fox Business gets full cable system clearance, I don’t know WHAT he’ll claim next.
Doesn’t matter. FNC kicked MSNBC ass BIG time last night. Man, it wasn’t even close. If Comcast pulls the plug on MSNSFW soon, I may just order another tier of programming. lol
Another factual statement: IF someone could rightfully compare broadcast news (the 6:30 edt ‘cast) vs. cable news, TVbytheNumbers would list them on ONE page, not two.
“Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” finished last, #5, behind “The Car Chasers” and “HLN After Dark”.
An Alzheimer research group reported that up to one-third of people over 65 have at least incipient Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia. Since this is the core group of Faux Right-Wing Propaganda Channel watchers, this could explain their willingness to sit there and accept a non-stop stream of idiocy from that network. Oe of their dimwits recently criticed solar power development in the US vis-a-vis the same projects in Germany by observing that the latter receives more sunlight than the US. Their most-watched host couldn’t figure out why there are tides. Stuart Varney mainlines on their Bidness chanel, but pops up on FRWPN to claim that the runup in the stock market is DESPITE the Obama administration not BECAUSE of it, and should have happened sooner. If the Dow Jones Average were much lower, he would have BLAMED Obama etirely!
Fox continues to draw primarily the over 65 set…..
Right wing priorities:
1) eliminate birth control and support the Personhood Amendment
2) eliminate gun background checks so more criminals and lunatics can get assault weapons and murder more children and adults
3) give big tax breaks to billionaires with yachts and private jets
4) replace science with creationism and bible study
5) eliminate Social Security, Medicare, the EPA, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, etc.
6) embrace racism, bigotry and general backward thinking
7) worship lunatics like Slimebaugh, Beck, Hannity and send them money
8) attend the CPAC Comedy Convention
9) watch Faux News–the propaganda arm of the right wing (bias 24/7)
10) ruin the economy by cutting spending in a recession or depression
11) Obstruction, obstruction, obstruction
WEEKLY RATINGS: FOX NEWS ANNIHILATES COMPETITION
Among all 94 ad-supported cable channels, Fox News primetime placed fifth last week. MSNBC placed 22nd, HLN 32nd, and CNN 33rd.
Current TV did not place dead last this week. It placed second to dead last before VHI Classic — 93 out of 94.
It is important to keep in mind that when people criticize Fox News’ ratings, the context of how dominant the network is, and has been for a decade now, is usually removed.
Fox is wiping the floor with these also-rans. And if you want to talk about context, the only reason MSNBC brags about its ratings is in comparison to the sinkhole that is CNN.
Hang in there Foxtards, you just might win a Presidential election one of these years…NOT!!!
MSNBC = 203K
CNBC = 138K
CNN = 156K
HLN = 197K
Liberal Netwroks = 694K
That means that 66% of Key Demo Cable News watch Liberal News Networks
aren’t kind of proving there is a libral bias in reporting. As there are more outlets only reporting the libral point of view?
embrace racism, bigotry and general backward thinking
Wow, that could just describe all that this individual has posted for the past several months.
