“If NBC does not pull TNN immediately then clearly they have given up. Throwing away a precious post-Voice spot for a TNN finale is network suicide.”

I agree it may mean that Greenblatt will be fired also and doesn’t care anymore.

  • JacobYates

    Good headline for next week.

“Is the recent ratings bump enough to give BOP fans hope?”

  • JacobYates

Instead of ‘fans’, I meant ‘a ray of’. Android autocorrect and malfunctioning spacebar combination fail.

  • Doug

I just can’t even believe those NBC numbers. Were it not for The Voice and Football, they may as well shut down the entire network in primetime. Considering what Smash did last season, NBC must have make-goods up the wazoo, with exactly nowhere to make them up.

Ha! Go On got a 1.0 and the lowest Community ever got was a 1.1
That means Community will be renewed FOR SURE
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!
    COMMINITY IS GOD!!!!!!!!!

Wow… Community fsns are hardcore. Personally I prefer Parks & Rec.

More like the stupidest fans out there, they’re a living cancer to NBC.

  • karin

Cancel both BOP and Nashville, plz ABC..

  • Will

To me, “Go On” has been consistently funny. Too bad to see it pulling such low numbers. (Of course, I’ve not once watched it live. Thank you, On Demand!)

  • martin

NO, Smash is not that bad! people would rather watch cop shows, or fat guys in swim suits! geeze people give Smash a chance! it’s very entertaining-the music & dance numbers are amazing!

  • Masnadetizitori

I think Smash ended after this season, because Spielberg say during the production of season 1 who the series encrease he creation of this musical about Marilyn for season 1,and in the season 2 try to showing in Broadway.Never talk about season 3!And i’m so sure the series finale of this show will be great, but 2 seasons is good!

Body of Proof averaged a 1.9 last fall following (for the most part) the DWTS results show. If it can do that next fall, it will likely be their second or third highest rated 10pm show.

“If Smash was a CW show, it would be considered a hit.”

Maybe NBC ought to consider shipping it off to CW. Once in a while, a network sends a show to another network, like ‘Scrubs’ going from NBC to ABC, or ‘Cougar Town’ going from ABC to cable.

  • Greg

Splash will go down when The Voice returns, but if it stays at least at a 1.5, then they could renew it and move it to Thursdays at 8.

Not bad for Golden Boy. Could there be life in it?

  • Amy

@ CookyMonzta Unless they plan to make Smash more like Glee I don’t see how it would find an audience on The CW.

Why would the CW even want Smash? I can’t imagine the show being remotely profitable for them.

  • glover

Good for Body of Proof. I hope it grows more and gets renewed. Love the show!

Will the premier of The Voice go up against any March Madness?

  • forg

At this point, I really have no idea what sitcom NBC will renew besides Parks and Recreation since they are all on equal ground now. Maybe Community? Because every now and then it gets a spike but it just can’t be consistent.

It likely won’t happen due to costs and all but would it be surprising if NBC suddenly renews The Office for another season ala CW with 7th Heaven? Of course renewing 7th Heaven after an announced final season was a boneheaded that didn’t do any better for CW’s maiden year. Anyway just a thought

    Nope.

No chance. Most of the main cast wants to move on.
