  • Ralph Hahn

@Rats: You’ve been dripping with sarcasm all night. Is this really you?

  • usa8888

ibsles–FYI–the right wing is FINIDHED…but Slimebaugh can still make a pot full off suckers…you prove that….

  • Ratboy

It is me my friend! I am just filling in for Coffee dude a little too! And I think the R on your chest is a nice touch with truth justice and the American way!

  • Ratboy

Hey Ralph boy, which match up is better? We have MSNBC hire zero x 4, Mark2, and Jeffie for the 8,9,and 10 slots. Who do we put up against Bill, Shaun, and Greta?

RUSH: Now, yesterday on this program, as part of our outreach to low-information voters, I decided to share with you details of the latest Beyonce tune and album and tour. I made up nothing. I didn’t create a phrase. I didn’t create the title of a song. I just read what was in this UK story. So in essence what I did, I held up a mirror to the left, and they saw themselves, and now they’re attacking me for doing this. It was a little throwaway portion of the program yesterday, and yet it’s all over the place what I think of Beyonce’s latest album, CD, tour, single, what have you. It’s hilarious.

Dawn’s daughter called, “Mom, why does Rush hate women?” Her daughter knows I don’t hate women, but the news is out that of course I’m back into my misogyny. He-he-he. You know, folks, it’s a good thing I don’t take this thing personally because I’d be insane. I think it’s funny. For me, it is so easy to tweak these people. Let’s go to the audio sound bites. Let’s start in New York with their all-news radio station there, 1010 WINS, you give ’em 22 minutes, and they will give you the world, is their slugline. This is how the whole thing shook down on the radio in New York. Now, you have to understand, all the libs in New York driving to their jobs have this radio station on in the morning. So they’re all hearing this.

RUSH ARCHIVE: Beyonce’s new single marks a change in direction for the independent woman the US president handpicks to play at his parties.

Yesterday I began a discussion. Everybody is pulling their hair out. Like the CVS thing today. CVS drugstores have told their employees, “You’ve gotta show us your weight, your blood sugar, every health aspect of you, you’ve gotta go get checked, and your employment hinges on it. And if you smoke you gotta go to an addiction rehab thing. We’re not gonna have it.” It’s all part of Obamacare. Obamacare is demanding this. But the employees at CVS are not mad at Obama, they’re not mad at Obamacare. They’re mad at CVS. They think CVS is doing this. Not Obama. They’re not associating the government with it.

Now, you and I, we’re at our wits’ end. We’ve been waiting for something to wake people in the country up. I was talking about the futility of all this. The payroll tax holiday ended on January 1st, so people’s take-home pay in their first check of this year was smaller. Bernie Marcus, cofounder, Home Depot, said yesterday that most employees are not blaming the government. They are blaming their employers for not paying them as much. So in a discussion yesterday of a prediction I have made — you know, words, we’ve exhausted every word there is. We’ve tried every which way from Sunday to Monday to persuade people about what’s going on.

I said, “It’s gonna take an event that wakes people up.” And I said, “Not a hurricane, not a natural disaster. It’s gonna take something like Obama on an open mic openly dissing Justin Timberlake’s latest CD that just totally ticks people off and turns ’em against Obama.” And in describing that, I mentioned that something similar might be happening with Beyonce, because Beyonce has a new album out with a new single that is a 180 from the way Beyonce used to be before she hooked up with Jay-Z, Destiny’s Child. Back in those days she was urging women to not take it, be independent, don’t be part of some guy’s harem or any of that. You stand up for yourself.

Will Employers be Blamed for the Latest Obamacare Outrage?

RUSH: Have you heard about the latest outrage involving Obamacare? CVS, the pharmacy giant, has told its employees in the San Francisco, the Bay Area — and actually around the country, all over the place — every employee at CVS will have to reveal their weight and other health information or pay extra for health coverage.

“The company announced Wednesday what it called ‘A Plan for Health,’ that features a mix of rewards and penalties for employees. Among the measures, employees must report their weight, body fat, cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Workers must also be tobacco free or enroll in an addiction program by next year.”

All of this because of Obamacare. Now, I tell you what’s gonna happen here. Remember we had the quote, Bernie Marcus, one of the cofounders of Home Depot said he was talking to some fellow friends of his that run businesses. The payroll tax holiday ended on January 1st, so the first paychecks of the year for everybody, their take-home pay went down as the payroll tax was restored. And Bernie Marcus said that a bunch of his friends that run businesses told him that their employees were blaming the employer for this, when it was in fact an Obama tax increase. But the employees were getting mad at their managers and their owners for their paychecks getting smaller. They had no idea what the payroll tax even was. They thought it was something that was assessed by the business.

So what do you think CVS employees are gonna do? Do you think they’re gonna blame Obamacare, or will they blame CVS? CVS can be honest, “No, no, we’re doing this because of Obamacare requirements.”

“No, you’re not. You just don’t like Obama. You businesspeople, you treat employees like crap anyway, and you’re making us do this just because you’re the boss.” Don’t be surprised, folks, if, as Obamacare items are implemented, and they cause things like this, that the businesses, they’re the end users, they’re the ones implementing this. The directive didn’t come from Washington. It was CVS who told their employees what they’re gonna have to do. They’re gonna get the blame.

  • lbsles

“No, we’re only doing this because this is the federal law.” And even if they do that, these low-information employees at CVS are probably gonna say, “No, Obama said he’s not going to do this. Obama said our premiums were gonna go down. Obama said that we’re gonna keep our doctor. Obama said that none of this was gonna happen. So it must be you guys doing it.” Don’t doubt me on this. I can see the tea leaves. We’ve already had a couple of examples of this, the Bernie Marcus story being one of them. And of course here’s the headline at the CBS website: “CVS Ordering Workers To Reveal Weight, Health Info.”

You have to read pretty far down the story to find out they’re only complying with Obamacare. You have to read further into this story than your average low-information reader is going to go. So this may not be the event that everybody thought it might be. It depends. It depends on how management at these companies deal with it.

MSNBC, the Edisel of cable news. Nobody is watching. They are to busy trying to figure out how to pay the food, gas, electric, phone and mortgage.

Keep printing money O., the Dow is over 14,000 but inflation is eating it up faster than people can earn it. Well…there’s always welfare. Obamavillie, where everyone has a tent to sleep in and a bicycle to ride.

  • usa8888

Sicilian Papa–I think I can get you into a good high school and if you finish this, into college….

  • Sicilian Papa

I am worried about inflation as much as anyone but the silver lining is it crushes libs as well as conservatives. They can feel the pain of Obama’s socialist agenda as much as we can.

  • usa8888

This just in: National gun laws may be patterned after those just passed and signed in Colorado. The extremist gun lobby (whose views disagree with NRA membership) will oppose everything because they don’t want to interrupt their supploy of blood money even though 92% of Americans favor background checks….

  • usa8888

Slimebaugh will be the first one to be enrolled in the obesity program prior to beginning Obamacare…..

I graduated form one of those public institutions years ago. So if I am an idiot your government schools failed me. See I told you the government can’t do anything right.

So earlier today Israel was giving Obama some top Israeli civilian medal(shown on both CNN and MSNBC) while Fox News was promoting a show how bad Obama is for Israel. Go figure
