She must have left her PhD hat at the door when she said that. Did she really say that?

Chriscee–you haven’t answered the question of cutting spending in a bad economy

You say Obama and the Dems have made the economy so good. Then cut spending

  • usa8888

Chriscee–if you want to use your tax money to pay for fools who smoke, drink 30 ounces of sugary drinks a day, etc., go ahead. I don’t Bloomberg is CORRECT….

I answered your question….go back and READ if you can.

I am going to go back to what I did best here…IGNORE YOU…sick of your tripe and same cut and paste BS over and over. It’s old, boring and all lies.

Perhaps if you even research 1/2 of what you cut and paste..you’d see that too. Cutting and Pasting from OFA makes you look more ridiculous each time.

    Have a good day…You’re ignored.

If these people are dying young, then they are saving money for the tax payers. they should get a tax brake for dying young.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! It wasn’t strong enough….and if I typed what I really thought….I’d probably get banned for life.

But I’m sure you know exactly what I’m thinking. lol

The right wing is slowly vaporizing and will be gone soon…..

  • Chriscee

Howard Dean vows to flip state legislatures…starting in Virginia. lmao!!

Does anyone really think Howard Dean is credible? I pity the poor people who are and have been one of his patients.

The man is certifiable. Democrats always tout people should pay more taxes….except for themselves – of course.

Drought is not the problem that it used to be 50, 60 or even 100 years ago. We have numerous watering systems and methods, so we don’t loss as many crops to drought. However the cost of growing crops increase because of a drought.

We don’t lose as many, but this isn’t just idle speculation on my part; 2011 was a very bad year for the crop yields in some states (again, Texas was hit particularly hard); 2012 wasn’t as bad, but it added to an already on-going bad trend. There’s only so much technology and advanced techniques can do if we have a couple more dry winters in a row. At the least, fear might lead some farmers to cut production this year as well.

  • Chriscee

More than half of voters now trust the republicans more on the economy than the democrats. duh!!

Democrats like to tax and spend. Republicans like save and let people have their own money.

I don’t know about Texas but here in Michigan the larger farmers are investing in the irrigation systems. They are even doing it on rented ground. It means sinking a well and putting up the rolling standards. the reward is greater than the risk even on the rented ground.

Seed companies have also developed some amazing hybrids that are drought tolerant. All of this does have effect on pricing but as much as the speculators and the alternative energy uses.

Scott Conant is going to be a contest in the upcoming ‘Chopped All-Stars’; finally he’ll be put to cook under pressure. I’m hoping that Chef Boyardee’s spaghetti is one of his secret ingredients

    Ha-Ha! You don’t like him , but, I do .

    ———-

Coffee, I watched the video .

    Al Sharpton’s Anti-Gun MSNBC Show Sponsored By . . . Wait For It . . . A Gun Manufacturer…

The Reverend Al opened his show Monday by praising President Obama’s efforts to promote tougher gun control laws. But 28 minutes into the show, a commercial appeared for, of all things . . . Henry Repeating Rifles.

    - – -

I have to admit that I am not a fan of Al Sharpton. Why ?

“In August 1991, a Jewish driver accidently ran over a 7-year old black boy named Gavin Cato in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and an anti-Semitic riot broke out in which Jewish rabbinical scholar Yankel Rosenbaum was stabbed to death. Instead of calling for calm, Sharpton incited the rioters, leading marches in the streets that included chants of “No Justice, No Peace!” and “Kill the Jews!” Martin Luther King would not have allowed this hate in his presence.

After an investigation, no indictment was made of the driver who had accidently run over Cato, and he left for Israel. Sharpton flew there in an attempt to “hunt down” the driver and hand him a civil law suit. According to the Daily News, at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport, a woman spotted Sharpton and shouted, “Go to hell!” Sharpton yelled back: “I am in hell already. I am in Israel.”

I used to work for 2 different Visiting Nurse/ Hospice Associations. The Scooter Store has been abusing Medicare & Medicaid for many years.

Hopefully the fraud will be prosecuted, but, the employees who lose their jobs will suffer when the stores are closed. That’s sad.

Scooter Store Could Close HQ by Sunday

The Scooter Store headquarters was federally raided last month. The Feds executed a search warrant, presumably as part of an investigation into Medicare and Medicaid fraud.

All of its 1,800-person workforce will probably be without jobs.
