In your rush to spread your anti HOD agenda you forgot one small thing it was a repeat not an original episode, its wonderful how quiet you have been about the show this season with its consistent numbers, last season you were gleefully telling people it would be cancelled and spreading your hate and it got renewed and more than likely it will do this season aswell, i’m not really sure what your problem with the show is, i don’t like many shows but i don’t feel the need to spread hate, maybe going by your username its because there are no latinos in it nor no gay characters.

All fall the commentariat predicted Revolution would collapse “next week.” It looks like more of the same now that it returned to stable numbers after a 4 month hiatus.

The Voice UP vs. last season with two new coaches is incredible. It is going to crush AI.

“Shame it wasn’t the other sibling”

If they had killed off that Spiridakos chick I would consider tuning back in. The terrible writing her horrible presence knocked me out after the 3rd episode last year. Tracy Spiridakos is the Katharine McPhee of Revolution. Who is casting these shows???

Can everyone understand why I think NBC should reduce The Voice by a half hour and put a new multi cam there? If it’s even half way decent, it should do pretty well. NBC needs to get one comedy that can stand on its own, but that doesn’t mean it can’t use TV to help the show out at first. And if it works, the network can always trim the show one more half hour and put one more multi cam there.

I thought last night’s episodes of Two Broke Girls and Mike & Molly were much funnier than what we saw last week.

I <3 my two favorite tv shows on CBS Monday: Two Broke Girls & Mike & Molly.

Woah, what’s with the new site layout? Is it permanent?

  • Doug

CBS’s Monday block falls every spring. It’s really nothing to be alarmed about.

“NBC plans to move Smash to Saturdays on April 6th.”

My bad. I missed that part. Good riddance. I smelled ‘Fame L.A.’ from the late-2011 promos and the very first episode last year, and didn’t bother with the rest at all. I knew it would be a matter of time before it crashed.

OK, I saw the post, but @Bill or Robert, is there any way to make the hyperlinks blue again? Thx.

  • Alan

Carrie Diaries doing horribly on viewers. I’m a fan, but I can’t see it getting renewed now :(

OK, I saw the post, but @Bill or Robert, is there any way to make the hyperlinks blue again?

Yes, though it might take a day or so. In the new setup, it’s not something I can change directly (without backing out the other changes). Apologies for the inconvenience.

    The Following… 6.66 viewers…
Well, that doesn’t strike me as a surprise lol.

I’m kidding, IT TOTALLY DOES. This is an amazing show, why is people wasting time with The Voice?

90210 would have gotten better ratings in that timeslot. Goddamn you TCD for doing this. You not only dragged yourself down, but also 90210.

The Voice is now in its what- 30th season in 3 years- since it’s NBC (“N”ot “B”roadcasting “C”orrectly)- the NUMBER 5 rated network’s— ONLY successful show? And they’ve had not 1 successful winner – or performer, whatsoever. American Idol generates nearly double the average revenue, has drawn 40% more average audience, was the #1 show in the history of television.. with a #1 rating for a record 8 years– last year finished #2 to the NFL and this year- should still finish in the top 3 or 4 shows. Furthermore, American Idol has brought the world bonafide SUPERSTAR talents such as MULTIPLE GRAMMY AWARD WINNERS: Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and OSCAR WINNER -Jennifer Hudson Plus 43 Grammy nominations and 12 wins. Also: Top Performers Chris Daughtry, Jordin Sparks, Katharine McPhee, Clay Aiken, David Cook, Adam Lambert, Fantasia- Taylor Hicks was even featured on a grammy winning album. Plus- they had other household names like Kellie Pickler, Lauren Alaina, Scotty McCreery and my favorite: Haley Reinhart. And this year’s Angie Miller is already a superstar. No copycat show compares. Plus, last year’s winner has had a song on the Billboard Top 40 for 37 straight weeks and a new one about to enter. The “copy cat” Voice does NOT compare to Idol

After watching this episode of Revolution I’m not surprised it did so badly. What was that???

The writing and direction was horrible. Also why are Danny and Charlie such bimbos? Their parents are geniuses. Danny deserved to die, hopefully Charlie is next.

  • Jay

If it wasn’t for The Voice, Revolution would tank (just like Smash). NBC need to wake up and smell the coffee before they end up with another Saturday night burn-off next year…

  • Mandy

Revolution did good considering the hiatus. The episode was very good and I am happy to see the younger viewers are with NBC.
The total viewers for Hawaii 50 are really low. Not even 9 million viewers for CBS that brags about being the most watched network is pretty bad, and looks like viewers are old too. Numbers always drop when shows are moved to Friday, how low can this show really go on Fridays,7 million ? This will hurt BB and the whole cbs night on Fridays.

  • Melissa

Wow, the new layout is refreshingly different!

  • BigBrotherFan

I can’t help but wonder how REVOLUTION would do on it’s own. I mean, we all saw how well this all worked out for SMASH. If NBC has the balls to move this next season to something a bit more on it’s own I can see it going down but not to SMASH levels low 1’s if say they moved it to the dreaded Thursday @10pm slot and given the idiocy at NBC I would not put it past them.

It shocks me that BONES is still doing not so bad. This was never a huge hit by any means a marginally successful crime show but it’s getting similar numbers to CSI kinda says something. I don’t think this show will end only when the stars want to leave or if ratings really tumble. I don’t think David and Emily have any huge projects coming up so another two seasons.

I’ll say it..THE FOLLOWING can be annoying to watch at times with all the stupidity the FBI shows (Stand infront of a door, really?) and how KEVIN BACONS character seems to always screw up. It does have an amazing pace and excellent portrayals by the actors for their respective characters. I really enjoy this show and force myself to look past all these annoyances with the writing.

CBS should really fix this comedy line up and sorry to the FANBOYS but 5-0 needs to leave that slot, now! The show has really lost it’s ratings edge and should be paired with THE MENTALIST on Sundays. THE GOOD WIFE, as much as I love this show, has no business being there anymore. The biggest mistake CBS made was taking it off Tuesdays @10pm. 5-0 could go here too but I don’t think CBS should waste a full night devoted to vet shows. Try their luck again until something sticks any three networks can make a real pull for this slot when the cable fare wraps up their shows. Thats when the 3 networks should attack and put on only new episodes.

THE CW really needs to figure their Monday out, badly! As much as I hate THE CARRIE DIARIES it’s surprised that it can hold that .4 against THE VOICE BUT They couldn’t launch a new show out of it, thats for sure! so really what do they do? move supernatural AGAIN? Take a risk on Nikita? they aren’t moving TVD thats for sure or Arrow, and the other show I like from them is HART OF DIXIE but that can’t suffer yet another timeslot change in only its Third season assuming it’s renewed next year because it’s stable but medicore in the ratings. Emily Owens and Cult both died behind it.BATB could go there TO DIE, maybe?

  • Other Than THAT Mrs. Lincoln How Was The Play

Revoluion is doing well so far.

But the using two helicopters in that way was moronic. You dont put the amplifier device on the helicopter thats directly in the fight – you keep it out of the way at a safe distance and send in at least 2 others to attack. Losing the device was stupid. Flying that low and then hovering was moronic as all the defenders would need to do is aim for the pilot. I guess their pilots are National Guard rejects or something. Even if the rebels hadnt gotten hold of a missile, all they needed to do was stay low and then when they flew overhead just pumped bullets into the underside and anywhere near the engine and fuel tank as they flew away from them. The VC shot plenty of those down in Vietnam with AKs amd larger rifles. General Monroe is a total clown – I think they patterned him after the copier salesman general in The Postman.

And then when the kid stood up after taking out the main chopper and conveniently got cut in half with bullets? Yeah, he deserved to die for being stupid. You dont stand up in the open after firing you, hit the deck. Wonder how they will explain Monroe finding out what happened to his cherished amplifier device and his 2 choppers since they both crashed and everyone died wjem they freaking exploded.

    They need better writers.
