    @Hillbilly
    TZCA could have told them all about it for free. :lol:

    He has sex as often as a snail travels 5 miles a day.

    ROTFLMBO

    Gooooooooood Morning Everyone. Tuesday wasn’t showing up here last night or early AM this Morning sooooo repost from Monday’s I posted this morn

    Tell ya what, I have NO idea which direction or the plans Comcast has for the NBC family of networks, but they have a lot of people in the system and local networks even a little bit worried.

    In the short term at least, there seems to be a lot of damage control going on and un-certainty at best. I’m sure the big shots know the direction but wow are they messing up bad on how they are transitioning people.

    I honestly think if Comcast is in fact going in a all network and affiliates political mode they are making a huge mistake, people have already had it with politics. But who knows maybe they don’t even care anymore, That is my guess, they don’t care anymore.

    Hmm…. Our site is white. Good Morning All.

    ————-

    Coffee ,
    I’ll up you on the Feds Fund $880K Study To Find Benefits Of Snail Sex

    Well , we’ve already chatted here about our government spending money to measure the length of a duck’s pee pee for scientific reasons . Here are a few more gems.

    The National Institutes of Health has given $1.5 million to Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts to study why “three-quarters” of l*sbians in the United States are overweight and why most gay males are not.

    The U.S. government spent $505,000 “to promote specialty hair and beauty products for cats and dogs” in 2012.

    During 2012, the federal government spent 15 million dollars to help Russian weapons institutes recruit nuclear scientists.

    During fiscal 2012, the National Science Foundation gave researchers at Purdue University $350,000. They used part of that money to help fund a study that discovered that if golfers imagine that a hole is bigger it will help them with their putting.

    The National Institutes of Health recently gave $666,905 to a group of researchers that is conducting a study on the benefits of watching reruns on television

    The federal government actually has spent $175,587 “to determine if cocaine makes Japanese quail engage in sexually risky behavior”.

    If you can believe it, $10,000 of U.S. taxpayer money was actually used to purchase talking urinal cakes up in Michigan.

    ——————

    The Chicago Tribune has had several editorials about the mess concerning the city’s schools. Chicago has thousands of kids on waiting lists for charter spots. That list will grow and grow until Chicago opens all the top-flight charters that parents and kids demand. This the paper strongly recommends, but, the teacher’s union is fighting it. Charter schools in Chicago have a current wait list of 19,000 students, but, only 1500 slots open.

    The Illinois State Charter School Commission overturned that CPS decision to fight their expansion last week . The commission, voting for the first time to reverse a school district, praised Concept for strong enrollment, high student achievement and stable finances.

    There is a video by EAG News in which Chicago Teachers Union President Karen Lewis laughs about lying to parents, turning students into ‘hostages’

    -

    Lewis appeared before the New York Collective of Radical Educators March 16 to give the keynote address at the group’s annual conference.

    She said that in her teaching days, when she would lie to parents when it came time to discuss their child’s performance. She then said – because of her lies – the student became her “hostage” who would do what she wanted.

    Lewis also urged the attendees to make life difficult for their building principals. What that means is remove them … How do you do that? You organize to make their lives so miserable.” This seems to me to be adults are fighting about adult issues and the children are left behind.

    She’s a perfect role model of a thug !

    @Ralph Hahn

    I fully agree with Bill, get that gravatar, I did along time ago when someone did the same thing on me. Problem was it was my kid and wife playing tricks on me using the network using other computers in my house :lol:

  • Coffee Steve

    Good Morning d.d.

    On Government studies spending. You take the things we posted about, in addition to past ones (Shrimp on a Treadmill, Study on why some frogs are gay) and the countless other ones that WE fund with OUR taxpayer money, and I wonder why many of us have had it with the Uncle Sam just cares and wants to help others junk.

    Our Government at this time is as or more corrupt than at any time in history. ALL of them, not just one branch of it

  • Ratboy

    Gooooood Morning!
    It is a beautiful but brisk sunny morning and headed to somewhere in the 40′s! I don’t know what to do with all this sun, I was so scared that I got back in bed and pulled the blanket over my head until I figured out what it was!!!!! :shock:

  • Ratboy

    Hey Billhilly, I say, give the Duck Dynasty guys a million per episode!!! The guys are a hoot! Plus they make more sense than Matthews, Maddow, Sharpton, and Shultz combined!!! :lol: :lol:

  • Coffee Steve

    @Ratboy
    Good Morning

    Its fantastic here too, bright sunshine 25 right now but heading towards 55 today and 65 by Sat and a stretch of no cold weather for us.

    My Wife and Daughter leave for Scotland Sat, they are excited but nervous and man are they walking around like a pig before Easter.

    Its the first time the Wife and my Daughter have traveled so far by themselves, but I figured its a great experience for them. Mission trips are life changing. You see people that have nothing, and I mean nothing or next to it so full of hope an promise.

    You go on most of them expecting to help but wind up being the one uplifted.

    I already told my daughter that just about everyone there drinks, but very, very few ever drink enough to get more than just a light buzz and I also told her that by the end of the week she will be sick of tea :-)

  • Letmethink

    Good Morning,
    @Coffee–what a wonderful experience for your wife and daughter. Hope they have a wonderful time
    Steubenville NAACP blames the r#$%^pe victim. She was drunk and willing they say. Hear any outrage from the liberals about this? FOX News is reporting it. Anyone hear NOW or any of the other liberal groups come out to support her?

  • Ratboy

    @ Coffee Dude
    I spent a little time in Scotland and it is really beautiful!! I lived in England and the pub habits are very similar. I will say that their “very few” is more than our “very few”! I think it a conversion thing like metric vs US. :lol:

  • Coffee Steve

    @Rats & LetMeThink

    They will be staying with a host from a Church there. They will be seeing some Castles as well as going to churches there and helping with organizing some new churches that are starting up there.

    I been to England Rats and just visited Edinburg once, it was so beautiful there. I did visit one pub and had an ale and yep, threw some darts.

    The thing is though over there you cannot mention your with a church group, can’t mention your on a missions trip etc. You have to be very careful when going through customs there. But some groups from our Church have been there before so they can say with honesty they are visiting friends they made on previous trips.

    My wife and kids will be working in the ghetto sections or the (schemes) as they are called there.

  • Coffee Steve

    PS:

    get this

    The total cost for tickets and boarding (for the host family) was 3650.00 for my wife and daughter, after sponsors from my wife’s work and family members including an additional 600 dollars for spending we had to only take 200 bucks from our budget.

    One Jewish surgeon she works with gave her a 500 dollar Donation but told her, here is a donation but I hope since I am not Christian but Jewish, your mission isn’t too successful :lol:

    I been working on him trying to convert him LOL

    I was there for 9 months working. I spent quite a few weekends out in the country rolling up on old churches circa 1600′s and older and with attached cemeteries. It was awesome looking at the headstones and some of the markings in the churches themselves. I also stumbled on some non-tourist castles and actually went in one that was being lived in by some ancestors of influential people with position. VERY COOL!

  • Coffee Steve

    @Rats

    I wish everyone on here could travel to places like that and around the world, when we do (and I’m sure you experienced this) you discover that politics in every nation including here is the big holdup for world peace.

    People everywhere are like us in so many ways, and when the normal folk like all of us visit and talk it brings a bond that people simply can’t understand unless you experience it yourself. Then the Governments have to stick there business in and ruin it.

    Even in the Middle East many are the same way, its the terrorist and idiots that mess things up. In Israel folks, the Arabs and the Jews get along fantastic, I even stayed with a host family that was originally from Syria and were Muslim’s. I still exchange e-mails with them and love them very much.

  • Coffee Steve

    BBL…
