    omg at TCD :(

  • Melissa

So The Voice is only a tenth below last week. Good sign! Ouch at The Carrie Diaries’ series low.

  • Michael

OMG, at Revolution! I’m not a retentionista, but seriously this is the best it can do with a MASSIVE lead-in? I can’t even imagine what numbers the show would get without The Voice…

  • marcos

and people were complaning about Glee retention…

  • Amy

Fake Empire is a failing badly this yr. First Cult and now TCD…

  • T

    Ouch at Revolution. :(

  • omabin

Ouch at Revolution :/ I wasn’t expecting such a big collapse!

  • bjssp

WOW, NBC has to be slightly worried that numbers for Revolution aren’t more than a blip. I wonder what the L7 ratings say.

On the other hand, at this point, The Voice is ahead of where it was in the fall…right? It’s still quite early, and tonight’s ratings might be different, but if Monday’s ratings hold up, that’s pretty damn impressive. All the more reason to plug in a sitcom at 9:30, I’d say.

  • Amy

TPTB @ Revolution, kill Charlie and your ratings will go up!

  • bjssp

Also, has anyone done the math on excluding the Superbowl and the first Monday after it from The Voice’s year-to-year numbers? If I am reading Spotted Ratings correctly, it seems like it was down 9 percent from last spring, but those first two airings had to drag up the average considerably.

Glad Castle did so well. Last night’s episode was one of the most enjoyable hours of television I seen in a very long time – and I watch a lot of TV.

Yikes for TCD. I think it’s officially dead. Even for the pitiful CW those numbers stink.

  • lakersupbyten

    Five 0 renewed…no pressure ,
    feels good.

    @bjssp:

No, there will never be a sitcom at 9:30. You know how they say, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Probably there will be a new show at 10PM next year and revolution will be moved somewhere else, tho.

  • CBSviewer

The Carrie Diaries will be canceled, Beauty and the beast is safe :)

  • Michael

Christina Milian is very irrelevant and pointless on The Voice. If I was NBC, I would hire her as a VJ on a post-The Voice recap show. Where she can voice her opinions on the participants, performances, and be active on social media.

  • João Paulo

This is bad for Revolution :(

  • starship

Revolution will probably go the way of Smash, renewed this season then completely bombing in Season 2 and inevitably cancelled. NBC should just save themselves the trouble and cancel it now.

  • Hmm

As a Castle fan I’m happy to see it tied for first with more viewers! That’s a big drop for Revolution from The Voice lead in, ouch. At least The Voice is still doing well for NBC!

  • John A

    What a loser Revolution is.

  • Melissa

    @bjssp

On the other hand, at this point, The Voice is ahead of where it was in the fall…right?

Yes, the first two performance show episodes of The Voice in the fall averaged a 4.5, and the first two results show episodes averaged a 3.7. Right now, The Voice’s performance show average is a 4.8, and the results show average is a 4.1. Season-to-date, The Voice is up 7% for its performance shows versus the fall season, and up 11% for its results shows.
