    Well then, it appears we have nothing to talk about.

    Anyone read any good books lately?

  • psychic

    @samurai99:
    Good books are like needles in a giant haystack full of Jodi Picoult and other melodramatic carbon copies of previous proven-successful moulds.

    “Reading’s stupid, TV rules!” – Penny Hartz (Happy Endings)

    @AJ:
    I would refute that, except for the fact that I’m here in the first place, so I can’t really.

    Well if there’s nothing to talk about, how about a little free thinking outside the box TV development … if TVbtN was a TV show would it be a sitcom? a procedural? a talk show? a docudrama? who would play Bill & who’d play Robert? How about the gals? Would it be a CBS powerhouse or a CW microdemo mouse? Six seasons and a movie or moved to Saturdays in July?

    Curious, drug addled, bored minds wanna know …

    That reminds me of something I’ve thought of: What would the comments on this site be like in previous decades? What would the equivalent of H50 vs. Castle or Revenge vs. Scandal be in, say, the 60s?

    As for your question, it seems like it could be a talk show or a dramedy, the latter because of the show rivalries in the comments, and because I feel the premise of the show would be relatively lighthearted.

    @Pavelsauce

    Well in 1968 the equivalent Castle v HF0 would have been The Big Valley v The Carol Burnett Show

    1958 it was This is Music/John Daly and the News v Desilu Playhouse / Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Show

    and in 1948 it was Roller Derby v Studio One

    If you wanna stick with HF0 then in 1978 it was Thursdays @ 9pm with Hawaii Five-O on CBS v Quincy, M.E. on NBC v Barney Miller & Soap on ABC

    Tough choices all! :-)
