  • usa8888

This just in: There’s a reason why Fox Fake Business is dead last in ratings on tv and Internet: it’s FAKE……

  • usa8888

Rat–I know up is down and down is up in the right wing kook world but you really need to learn how to read financial news–do you know what shorting gold means.?????

  • JTKenny

I can see it now: The brain-deads at BSNBC (after the camera fades for a commercial): High-Fiving and breaking into their victory chorus: “Sing A Song of Six Pence, Pocket Full of Rye…Madcow and Ed(die) bakes FOX into a pie…” ad nauseum. I’ll be back later, I feel a humongous barf coming on.

  • Bobbyv

No defending what was done to MM, people should not be hypocrites on this. Think politicians on both sides don’t say inappropriate things when they think they are private

    Obamacare…Demos really afraid it’ll hurt them next year…BIG TIME…. it worked in 2010…, let’s hope so….

  • JTKenny

    ObamaCare?
Don’t look now but if you peek out of any window you’ll see thousands and thousands of chickens coming home to roost! Nancy Pelosi’s remark “…”We Have to Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It” is going to make her wish to her (insert a religious mufti here) that she had not said that.
Folks, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Just wait till 01/01/14 and watch the feces hit the attic fans…

  • JTKenny

Obama said that you can keep the insurance you have now. That’s true. BUT (#1)…look closely at the operative word here: “Keep.” What he wanted to say (but didn’t have the courage to) was “Keep it. Put it in a frame and hang it on the wall so that you can remember when you could actually have insurance.” Keeping you insurance –especially with your employer – will continue, BUT (#2): Obama didn’t add that the EMPLOYERS MAY OPT TO DISCONTINUE OFFERING INSURANCE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES! In that case, take you policy home and start you measurements for the frame.

  • usa8888

Hey JT Kenny–I got news for you : employers have ALREADY opted to discontinue or downsize their employees’ healthcare BECASUE of the 100% increase in healthcare cost the GOP is fine with. Obama is the first president to try to do something about IMPROVING the healthcare system–he’s not afraid of the insurance companies’ lobbyists. Obamacare is a work is process. The GOP, backward thining thinking people that they are, don’t like progress and they are fine with 100% healthcare increases every 10 years along with poorer service…. Rmember –the GOP fought tootha nd ail against Medicare–one of the most successful and loved programs, just like Social Security….

About the news articles on the Mother Jones Publication. did the laws against pornography and foul language cause the national press to omit the publication’s MIDDLE name?

  • JTKenny

    USAQuadEight:

Hey JT Kenny–I got news for you : employers have ALREADY opted to discontinue or downsize their employees’ healthcare BECASUE of the 100% increase in healthcare cost the GOP is fine with.

    OK; let’s see about this:
(1)Where does it state anything about the GOP being “fine with” a 100% increase in healthcare cost(s) – particularily due to a program the had ZERO input into and had no say whatsoever in the ObamaScare Program?

Obama is the first president to try to do something about IMPROVING the healthcare system–he’s not afraid of the insurance companies’ lobbyists. (2) I believe Clinton and his surrogate wife actually tried to do something about healthcare during his administration. Who, may I ask, are you referring to in your statement “he’s not afraid of the insurance companies’ lobbyists.”? Are they to be feared? Does that mean Obama is beyond being afraid of some healthcare lobbyist boogeyman? What president introduced Medicare? What party was that again?

Obamacare is a work is process.
    (3) You bet it is and the process is thousands of miles long, sport.

The GOP, backward thining thinking people that they are, don’t like progress and they are fine with 100% healthcare increases every 10 years along with poorer service.
    (4) That whole statement shows how shallow your arguments and thoughts are…this is what a child does when he says, “is, too.” They don’t like clean water or clean air either, I suppose and they want to throw granny off the cliff, too, I suppose?
    (5) And, where did you read anything about the GOP being “…fine with 100% healthcare increases every 10 years along with poorer service?” The ObamaScare program is the driver for higher and higher costs, not the GOP.

…. Rmember –the GOP fought tootha nd ail against Medicare–one of the most successful and loved programs, just like Social Security…
    (6) Yes, they fought so hard that a GOP President is the one who not only introduced this but made it into law.

  • Bobbyv

    JTK,

I will give BO credit for trying to improve costs, but he must take the blame if it does not work. I may be off on the history of Medicare, though, I thought that was introduced by Johnson.

Common Core is no more than Indoctrination. It reads like a communist manifesto.

    Bobby V
I stand corrected about the president and Medicare. I was too far ahead and was really talking about the drug program that became an adjunct program to Medicare. Thanks for the call out.

Obama and the Democrats did not do their homework on the ObamaScare program. Had they sought input from the GOP and actually thought this monstrosity through, they would have junked the first draft and gotten a program that would have been what the country needs.

  • Bobbyv

    JTK, no problem at all.

The President owns this, if it works he alone will be the hero but if it does not I do not want to hear excuses. It can’t be heads I win tails you lose.
