    For those who missed it:
    right wing priorities:
    1) eliminate birth control and support the Personhood Amendment
    2) eliminate gun background checks so more criminals and lunatics can get assault weapons and murder more children and adults
    3) give big tax breaks to billionaires with yachts and private jets
    4) replace science with creationism and bible study
    5) eliminate Social Security, Medicare, the EPA, the FDA, the Federal Reserve, etc.
    6) embrace racism, bigotry and general backward thinking
    7) worship lunatics like Slimebaugh, Beck, Hannity and send them money
    8) attend the CPAC Comedy Convention
    9) watch Faux News–the propaganda arm of the right wing (bias 24/7)
    10) ruin the economy by cutting spending in a recession or depression
    11) Obstruction, obstruction, obstruction
    *******************************************

We’ll do this JUST ONE MORE TIME…maybe usa will grow a brain finally:

1.) They dont want to eliminate birth control, they just dont think taxpayers should have to pay for it.
2.) No one says eliminate background checks…in fact, contrary to what the left says, gun shows already do background checks, because most sellers at guns shows are licensed dealers and required to do background checks. Also, the bans by the left are not for assault weapons, they are for guns that LOOK like assualt weapons…two different things.
3.)It’s the democrats who supported the tax credits for yachts and private-jets.
4.) There is not a single bill demanding that creationism replace evolution in schools…
5.)It is not the right who are trying to eliminate Social Security and medicare…in fact it’s Obamacare that strips $750 billion from medicare to pay for Obamacare…and it’s Obama who is talking about cutting social security payments.
6.) you keep accusing the GOP of racism and bigotry, but it’s the DNC who fought against the abolishment of slavery, invented the Jim Crowe laws and the KKK and have kept the black community in poverty for DECADES.
7.) Who sends Beck, Limbaugh and Hannity money? Their sponsors pay their networks money and they get paid from that…how about loons like Bill Maher giving their money to Obama because they worship Obama as their messiah.
    8.)
9.) The CPA is NOT the GOP, they are a private group, just like the liberal groups, Planned Parenthood, GLAD, WOW, PETA, all the environmentalists, the list is endless…now those are the real comedians.
10.) The left Raising taxes during a recession or depression…even Obama admitted it was insane, and then he went and did it…raised taxes on EVERYONE.
11.) Obstruction, Obstruction, Obstruction…the GOP house send no less than a dozen jobs bills to the Senate that the dems refused to even bring up for discussion.

Spain reports the highest unemployment % in 37 years–27.2%–as a result of the failed austerity policy they have followed.
    ________________________________________________________

Austerity was not of Spain’s choosing,,investors in their sovereign debt were no longer willing to fund their deficit spending,,interest rates on their bonds spiked to near 8%,,causing their interest expense to overwhelm their ability to cover their outflows without the risk of default…

I fully agreed with Bernake’s easing policies,,even Milton Friedman would have,,just not in perpetuity or in conjunction with out of control deficit spending..Logically concluding that interest rates can’t stay near zero forever,,what will our ability be to cover our expenditures when interest rates normalize to let’s say 5%,,when every percentage point(based on today’s debt)will cost 150 billion in additional interest costs?

Gee, the lefties are going to be angry…Judge Naplitano is right now on Fox News saying the boston bomber had the right to miranda rights…I thought the lefties said Fox News was saying he didn’t have the right?

  • Stan T.

    @PaulG

I don’t think they want to pump money into the market forever…only until Obama is no longer in office, so if a republican wins the 2016 election they can blame him for the calapse that’s going to come when this all ends…even Buffett admits it’s gonna happen when all easing ends…

  • Chriscee

It is OUR government’s job to protect the US citizens.

It is NOT the government’s job to create JOBs. It’s the governments job to create an environment so that JOBS CAN BE CREATED. Creating mass regulations and rules do NOT help create jobs.

Job creators are tired of being taxed out the wazoo…What is Obama’s INCENTIVE for jobs to be creative? THERE ISN’T ANY INCENTIVES!!

It is my duty, as a tax paying citizen to pay my taxes at all levels…but it is NOT the government’s duty to take my money and share it with some lazy bum down the street – who is fully capable of working – but would rather mooch off hard working taxpayers.

That is what ticks me off the most. The lazy man…who is fully capable of working….but refuses to do so…because Obama has made it easier to stay home and be lazy.

And Kathleen Sebelius and Michelle Obama wonder why America is fat. Because liberals have created an environment for the welfare receiptent to be LAZY and get fat.

I do know there are thousands of Americans who are not capable of working and supporting themselves and I have no problem with helping those kinds of people.

But I do have a problem with those are perfectly capable and merely BILK THE DAMN system. And we all know Obama has created an environment and incentives for that very thing to happen.

And anyone who says differently is just outright lying.

Obama Trolls use a wide variety of strategies, some of which are unique to the internet, here are just a few:

They closely follow Alinsky’s Rules for Radical like their Messiah Obama.

    1. Make outrageous comments designed to distract or frustrate: An Alinsky tactic used to make people emotional, although less effective because of the impersonal nature of the Web.

    2. Pose as a supporter of the truth, then make comments that discredit the movement: We have seen this even on our own forums — trolls pose as supporters of the Liberty Movement, then post long, incoherent diatribes so as to appear either racist or insane. The key to this tactic is to make references to common Liberty Movement arguments while at the same time babbling nonsense, so as to make those otherwise valid arguments seem ludicrous by association. In extreme cases, these “Trojan Horse Trolls” have been known to make posts which incite violence — a technique obviously intended to solidify the false assertions of the think tank propagandists like the SPLC, which purports that Constitutionalists should be feared as potential domestic terrorists.

    3. Dominate Discussions: Trolls often interject themselves into productive Web discussions in order to throw them off course and frustrate the people involved.

    4. Prewritten Responses: Many trolls are supplied with a list or database with pre-planned talking points designed as generalized and deceptive responses to honest arguments. When they post, their words feel strangely plastic and well rehearsed.

    5. False Association: This works hand in hand with item No. 2, by invoking the stereotypes established by the “Trojan Horse Troll.” For example: calling those against the Federal Reserve “conspiracy theorists” or “lunatics”; deliberately associating anti-globalist movements with racists and homegrown terrorists, because of the inherent negative connotations; and using false associations to provoke biases and dissuade people from examining the evidence objectively.

    6. False Moderation: Pretending to be the “voice of reason” in an argument with obvious and defined sides in an attempt to move people away from what is clearly true into a “grey area” where the truth becomes “relative.”

    7. Straw Man Arguments: A very common technique. The troll will accuse his opposition of subscribing to a certain point of view, even if he does not, and then attacks that point of view. Or, the troll will put words in the mouth of his opposition, and then rebut those specific words.

Sometimes, these strategies are used by average people with serious personality issues. However, if you see someone using these tactics often, or using many of them at the same time, you may be dealing with a paid internet troll.
    Stopping Disinformation

The best way to disarm disinformation agents is to know their methods inside and out. This gives us the ability to point out exactly what they are doing in detail the moment they try to do it. Immediately exposing a disinformation tactic as it is being used is highly destructive to the person utilizing it. It makes them look foolish, dishonest and weak for even making the attempt. Internet trolls most especially do not know how to handle their methods being deconstructed right in front of their eyes and usually fold and run from debate when it occurs.

The truth is precious. It is sad that there are so many in our society who have lost respect for it; people who have traded in their conscience and their soul for temporary financial comfort while sacrificing the stability and balance of the rest of the country in the process.

The human psyche breathes on the air of truth. Without it, humanity cannot survive. Without it, the species will collapse, starving from lack of intellectual and emotional sustenance.

Disinformation does not only threaten our insight into the workings of our world; it makes us vulnerable to fear, misunderstanding, and doubt: all things that lead to destruction. It can drive good people to commit terrible atrocities against others, or even against themselves. Without a concerted and organized effort to defuse mass-produced lies, the future will look bleak indeed.

My basic point is that saying absolutely no acts of terror happened since 9/12/01 when Bush was in power, yet it has happened 5 times Under Obama is distorting(ignoring terror events that did happen during that period) and cherry picking(starting your terror clock on 9/12/01 as if anything before that shouldn’t count) the facts and done for no other reason then to push a political agenda.

    ———————-
Jon Stewart had a funny bit last night about how FOX news pundits are tearing the constitution apart with all their comments. I suggest you go to their site and watch it. In the case of Judge Naplitano(he was one of 3 people(all who have law degrees) that pointed out how it was wrong, but that doesn’t stop the Hannity’s or the Five from pissing all over the constitution with what we should and shouldn’t do. If I am correct Naplitano is a hard core Libertarian(and not one of those Glen Beck I am a libertarian when it suits my needs) so congrats to him for actually not being a hypocrite when he preaches the importance of the constitution(even if it doesn’t suit his needs)

For the sake of argument I have no problem if somebody thinks something int he constitution needs to be changed(it’s not like changes haven’t been made to it in the past 235 years). But don’t constantly hide behind the constitution only when it suits your need and act like somebody who disagrees with you somehow hates the US or the constitution in general and isn’t a patroit or whatever term you want to link to it.

So, liberals explain to me what is fair? I really need to understand it. Of the 300 students in the Aerospace Engineering program at my sons’ college only 20% did not get internships this summer. All of these 20% are white males. 18% of these white males have GPAs of 3.3 or higher and had been leaders in multiple student projects.
They were beat out of jobs by minorities with GPAs of 2.7 and no project experience.
This isn’t a big surprise. My son knew that if he didn’t have a GPA of 3.8, he would have no chance of an internship or a job after graduation but decided to take the chance.
Aerospace is unique seeing how 90% of the jobs are government or government contracts.
So, maybe it’s not as bad in other engineering fields.

However, I don’t understand how it’s fair for less qualified people to get jobs over more qualified one.

To make things worse 15% of these 3.3 and above US Aerospace students have been offered internships/jobs in Russia and/or China. Not wanting to help these countries create military type aircraft is the only thing stopping these students. So, what’s going to happen when the want to design Airplanes out ways the loyalty to ones country?

Twinkies (the real ones) back on store shelves in July

Stand down Twinkies hoarders, you can start eating your secret stash.

Twinkies will hit store shelves nationally by late July, Michael Cramer, executive vice president of Hostess Brands LLC told NBC News on Thursday. “We expect to be making and selling in July,” he said. “Probably the later half of the month before the product hits the stores.”

All of the classic Hostess snack brands will return, some making their return in August and September. Hostess Donettes and some of the snack cakes will be among the first to return. And “Twinkies for sure,” Cramer said.
