CSI (R) at 1.5 against DD HUGE finale. Surprised that CF(R) did not pick-up more “new” viewers considering that SVU was new.

  • TVMAN

IDOL bussed Kree and Candice last night. Amber is being over praised like no other… The judges are trying to make her ‘happen’… It’s just not working

  • rob60990

    Very good rating for Survivor.

“I’m curious how well it will perform next week with The Voice lead-in at 8pm.”

I thought that was only for May 8th but I see this was just announced last Friday. Ridiculous.

  • m8991

WOW 1.9 for SVU! Although it may have something to do with repeats on other channels, it’s still pretty decent number.

    MI,

Did you not read the part where I said, “In my Opinion?” Lol…

  • Paleonut

    Congrats to Supernatural & Arrow!

  • Fred

Voice airing against Idol is stupid.
Both shows will get hurt. Just like when Voice aired against X Factor.
I saw in the TV GUIDE that the Voice is an encore anyway. But still.

  • Keith

    @ Michael

Why are you assuming that Arrow skews older? Those extra eyeballs that are not in the 18-49 demo that are watching could be people under 18. I find it more likely that 12-17 year olds would be more interested in that show than 50-80 year olds.

I didn’t know about May 8. Two weeks of The Voice lead for SVU would be quite helpful.

  • Fred

    @Keith

    You are correct.

    For IDOL watchers,

    Interesting article:

“The Save is Dead, But Apparently Idol Has a Contingency Plan”

TV Line is confirming that the save is indeed dead for the season, so none of the contestants will be saved now. The problem? Idol still has to run for 4 more weeks and there are only 4 contestants. Because of this year’s schedule, Idol now has to have a week where no one is eliminated.

So what are they planning to do? Well, that’s not for sure. But there would have to be a non-elimination week. So be prepared to be bored out of your mind either this Thursday or next because one of those weeks will be chock full of filler and no elimination.

  • Michael

    Keith,

Touché! Either way, solid ratings for the show.

  • Carl

    Good for CW shows.

Maybe this might teach Survivor not to bring back horribly annoying previous contestants?

    If only.

  • Shepherd

    @MARSEPH

They don’t release the final half hour numbers.

  • Jess

    Episode Awesome of Supernatural!! :D

I hope so. I have nothing against bringing back veteran players. They actually give the show more life and excitement which is what a 24-season show needs. But the producers have to make sure that those returning players are brought back because they had done well the last time they played (Malcolm, Brenda etc.) and not because they were some kind of weirdo (Phillip, Brandon Hantz etc). But I have to admit, their ouster were some of the best moments in Survivor history: Brandon had an epic meltdown; Phillip had a satisying boot.

Wow at Survivor and this season started with 2.4! Good comeback and well since the merge the show has gotten better

  • jupiter

if nbc did not have the voice would they rank behind or ahead of abc

  • Alen

    Happy for Supernatural! :)
