    SVU! Woo hoo!

But the point he is trying to make is the fact that Arrow only does only few tenths better than Supernatural but is usually 600,000 to 1 million overall viewers higher.

Survivor is doing really well this season. The show has been on 13 years now. It won’t be moved I expect another season it’s doing solid against idol. Idol practically held up from last week but still numbers are done from last year. This was definitely be the lowest rated finale ever. What do u think the ratings will be? How to live has done fairly well for a comedy as I would renew it for a second season.

Survivor, the king of comebacks!!! Amazing!

How did survivor’s ratings go up that high on this awful season? Was there that many people excited about Philip’s boot?

Nice for Arrow and Supernatural, both back to decent numbers (for the CW).

Supernatural of course was a great episode – ANY episode of ANY show with Felicia Day is a great episode. :-) I’d actually like to see her added to the Hunter team, a la Garth, and I suspect that will happen next season. Nice to see Lynda Boyd, too, late of season one and two of Sanctuary.

Arrow was really good, too. Nice to see Deadshot got away again, so he’ll be back. I’m really liking Celina Jade as an addition to the cast. Still don’t see much point to Willa Holland and her boyfriend, but maybe that will grow into something. Nicely acted scenes with the kid.

And tonight we finally have a full evenings worth of watchable stuff: PoI, Hannibal, TVD and BATB – well, except for the latter (but I’ll watch it anyway.) :-)

    Death to BATB!

yay survivor! that old show still has a lot of life yet :) beat both ncis shows!

really good for svu, should definitely be renewed.

i know idol is way down, but that’s still a really good rating for a show in its 12th? season…

SVU – a show people really want to watch…if nothing else is on…

You nailed it on AI’s pimping of Amber. It destroys the “judges”‘ credibility because she’s clearly not that good. She can sing the notes but her performances are boring. Slow tempo songs, very little stage presence, and whatever you want to call it – not emoting, feeling, telling the story of the songs in a believable way.

    SVU amazing
    number 1 at 9 pm!!

    “SVU amazing
    number 1 at 9 pm!!”

No it wasn’t, American Idol was.

    Go SVU!!!!!!!!

I’m just laughing at these people who says CSI will be move to Friday. CSI is stronger than most of CBS dramas.

CBS: Great for Survivor for adjusting up 2 tenths to a 2.9, considering it started with 2.4s in the premiere and since has been creeping up and finally hitting close to a 3. CSI Repeated Great at 10, criminal minds as well.

NBC: SVU increased to a 1.9 and mid 7 million viewers is great. I know it was against a Modern Family Repeat and Criminal Minds. However it was also against originals of American Idol which had stronger numbers in the 9 hour, How to Live w/Your Parents, and Supernatural. One would think AI would have benefited more but a smaller SVU show did and I still think it was great for the show especially a veteran.

CW: Nice to See the Wednesday lineup of Supernatural and Arrow back to normal and Spring treating them well, unlike some of the other unstable shows of the CW. Nice bounce back from the 0.8s and the norm of 1s for this great duo. I would like to see Supernatural hit a 1.1. SPN dvr numbers from a month or two ago had it at 1.0 live with a 1.6 dvr, I’m not a fan of the show however I would like to see it break the 1.0 for the season one time.. Arrow does solid in viewers and demo but must skew slightly older.

ABC: I knew eventually How to Live was going to dip to the 1.5 mark due to repeats in front of it.. I seen a promo for it the other day and I like a lot of the actors and actresses. One in particular played on weeds as celia hodes who was a nutjob but funny actress literally make me lol all the time.

FOX: American Idol is still winning nights for the network but I wonder if all the money they spent on the judges panel this year kinda set them back a little.. I see a lot of paycuts in the future for the judges. I mean Mariah and Nikki combined get 28 million. Not sure about the two male judges Keith and Randy…

And some idiots around here want Survivor reduced to half a season, honestly.

I’ve been view binging Chicago Fire for the past couple of weeks. I only have 3 episodes left to watch before the new airing next week. I have to admit my instincts were wrong on this show & it’s definitely a keeper. Can’t wait to see more of Det. Voight on CF.
Too bad Parents tanked among a sea of ABC reruns. Not sure how much ABC really wants this show to succeed

Idol did dip below a 3.0 on three occasions this season, but not for a performance show. But, its mightiest days are long behind it.

  • Bigbrotherfan

American Idol has been on the air for 11 years just give it a break! Any show still managing 3’s with the exact same format is doing good! The Voice could only dream of getting the kind of numbers idol did. I do agree- they will sadly oust one of the female judges yet again and I bet JLo does return because her movies are flopping hard and the woman is approaching her mid 40’s she’s still a knockout but getting less relevant as her fan base ages. She will take it if it’s offered!

That’s a good number for SVU but man what a depressing episode. I was kinda annoyed by this ADA I don’t like him! He’s odd and the chemistry is not there it’s like the actor is fighting to take the scene over! I really wish Stephanie March would return she was the best one by far! I even like Novak more than this dude! Well I’m glad it was up but I still think the episode Katherine Eyrb returned on was by far the best!

Gotta love ABC programing lol yes they don’t seem to be making it easy for that ridiculously tilted tv show!

  • Bigbrotherfan

Great numbers for survivor as well but I’m shocked Reynold is still on! I like Eddie and Brenda I’m really hoping they can defy the odds!

  • Lesley

Yes! Now SVU IS top of the 9pm hour…except for American idol…but then no drama beats AL…even new drama….and SVU is very very old! It still holds its own on NBC.Thats a real achievement. And the numbers were high too, despite being in the most competitive time slot of the evening.
