Does anyone know the series high for the office?

its weird that this year scandal is getting ouats numbers from last year, ouat is getting revenges numbers from last year and revenge is getting scandals numbers from last year.
too many surprises in ratings this year revenge and ouat collapsed a whole ratings points and scandal keeps hitting highs

A lot of african-americans are watching Scandal now. It is very popular right now. Even NBA players are talking about it on twitter.

I stopped watching after the first short season of Scandal because it was getting a little too camp for my tastes and I didn’t know if I had a future. Now that I know it does, I will marathon the show over the summer. Clearly, it’s inherited the earlier Grey’s water cooler vibe which is very impressive for a serial drama. Looks like ABC finally has a successor to their soap juggernaut. A pity it wasn’t PP but oh well, still glad they give it a final farewell season to wrap things up.

Finally Scandal rated above 3! And great for Grey’s Anatomy as well!

TBBT three tenths adjustment again! Go for 4 and 5 tenths next time :D

The Office ratings rose, that’s good. I hope it can score a 3.0 for the finale

HAHA VD will never let go its 1.0 demo. I love it

  • Enri

    Elementary seems to be declining.

I don’t watch TVD too often but I’m happy it is keeping the 1.0. Sinking shows hurt the network as a whole, and the CW has enough problems as it is. Ideally SPN, Arrow, and TVD will all be 1.0 or higher in their finale weeks. I know that TVD is the only one that’s guaranteed for (or close to guaranteed) but I still hope.

I’m also glad that the whole “people didn’t watch because Nina and Ian broke up” thing didn’t really happen. Geez.

Glad Elementary went up a little.

Max must be thrilled that Scandal is destroying Revenge these days.

Did someone spot Micheal Scot in The Office Series Final promo??

  • Andrew

This is it! 3.1 for Grey’s! Much better than a 2.9. GREAT for Scandal too

  • KJ Styles

Elementary will get the axe next season….you heard it here first.

I saw him but it was for some kind of interview thing with the whole cast that I think will air prior to the actual episode. Hopefully.

Does anyone know the series high for the office?

The “official” series high was an 11.0 on 2/1/09 after the Super Bowl, but the regularly-scheduled series high was a 5.1 achieved on 1/12/06 and 9/27/07.

  • StevenD

Glad to see The Office up. It’ll easily get over a 3 for the finale, it’s a stretch but I’m hoping it can hit a 4

  • brian

I think Community will see Season 5, but considering all the sitcoms that got cancelled, it may be back on Thursdays as well. I can’t see them having one old show on Thursdays with three new ones. They’ll need to protect Michael J. Fox’s sitcom and whatever other sitcom they have planned.

  • Nick

I HATE how the networks are taking their reality shows for granted. Kitchen Nightmares, Wife Swap, Off Their Rockers, and now Wipeout have been smushed into trouble spots with little-to-no promotion, and have crashed and burned becuase of it. In Wipeout’s case, it’s especially maddening, because they wasted precious airtine on promoting stupid FLOP Family Tools! Aargh.

    Rant over.

    Other tidbits:
    • Awesome for Scandal!
    • Hannibal is dead.
    • No increase for Person of Interest?
    • American Idol results show beats the performance show! Has that happened before?
    • Community could actually scrounge out a renewal. We’ll see if NBC is totally cleaning house. The cancellation of Rock Center was not a good sign.

  • Melissa

revenge is getting scandals numbers from last year.

No. Revenge went way lower this year than Scandal ever has. Last season, Scandal averaged a 2.01, and never dipped below a 1.9. Revenge has not been over a 1.8 since March.

  • Drew

Hannibal lost 18-49 share. Not good at all and the show keeps getting better and better.

  • Scandalfan

Yay at Scandal, great episode last night and every night for that matter. Great show and great cast.
