For the week of May 6, 2013, Disney Channel celebrated its 100th week as TVs #1 network in Total Day in Kids 6-11 and Tweens, and its 3rd straight week delivering a clean sweep across major youth demos. Competitively, the network towered over Nickelodeon by at least double-digits for the 79th straight week in Kids 6-11 and 81st in Tweens. Weekend airings of Disney/PIXAR’s The Incredibles were the week’s Top 2 scripted basic cable TV telecasts, with the network home to TV’s Top 6 telecasts in Kids 6-11 and Top 19 in Tweens.
Disney Junior block on Disney Channel held the weeks Top 3 cable TV series in Kids 2-5 with Doc McStuffins, Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Sofia the First. In Total Viewers, the block aired the Top 4 preschool cable TV series with Sofia the First, Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Doc McStuffins and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
24-hour Disney Junior Channel stood as the #1 preschool cable TV network for the 6th consecutive week – each week since becoming publicly reported – in Total Viewers, Kids 2-5 and Boys 2-5, out-delivering Nick Jr. by double digits and Sprout by triple digits in key
