Really going to miss this great show.

fantastic show. Love the cast, the show, especially Laura Linney. Definitely a nomination.

This show definitely hit a little too close to home for me as it premiered right as my mother was going into remission from Breast Cancer – but I really must say I have enjoyed very much, and not just on a comedic level. It’s uncanny how amazingly Linney has played Kathy so close to the cuff as a lot of my mother’s new “cancer friends” really acted – and it was an interesting sight into the psyche of someone going through that first hand.

While I will definitely miss it, I think any longer and it would have outstayed it’s welcome. I can’t wait until Monday night to see the big finally :)

It became particularly difficult to watch after my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer last year. So far she’s not talking to any dead people like Cathy has but unfortunately it’ll be a bitter end. I guess we all need to live life to the fullest & don’t put off any plans like a trip while you still have your health.

this show is absolutely amazing. I will miss the characters, the story line, and the fact that she is an amazing actress. This show has done so many things for my life, with my mother going through the same thing.

I don’t know why this show is going off the air. It got really weird there for awhile, but I think the ratings were always high. These last few episodes were how the show should have always been. Now the son love his mom, nobody is sc*wing behind anyone’s back, the husband is not as close, but he still loves her. And her HS live in student isn’t as OBNOXIOUS as she use to be. Why do they always make black characters out there and OBNOXIOUS? She is sweet now and so is son. Clever writing these last few episodes… these episodes should have been the same tempo and feeling as the whole series. These are totally good. Even the ‘death cat’ (somebody who writes this show doesn’t like cats..) is clever. I will miss Cathy and this show…
