Showrunner Rockne S. O'Bannon tweeted the news that the six unaired episodes of canceled genre series Cult will air in two hour blocks on Friday June 28, July 5 and July 12 on the CW.

  • I Love TV!

    0.0, let’s break the record CW

  • thesnowleopard

    Oh, cool. I was curious to see the rest.

  • John A

    They should have started the burn off tonight or next week. By end of June it will get 3 weeks of 0.0.

  • Oliver

    Always good to see networks finish off their serialised shows.

  • Bitter Ringer Fan

    I’m glad i’ll get to see how it ends on a cliffhanger (most likely). Do you think it’ll get a 0.0?

  • ally

    what is “teh CW”

  • Alan

    Well, at least The CW has something to air on summers besides weird reality shows and re-runs.

  • Alan

    I can see it hitting 0.1′s and 0.2′s

  • Adrian

    it already hit 0.1 and 0.2s
    I wanna see 0.0!

  • david

    Good to see they are showing the rest of the episodes. I will watch it as i did watch the other episodes they showed on Fridays a couple of months ago.

  • CrimTV

    Why are people hoping for 0.0′s for the CW, do you find it funny when shows get extremely low ratings, that’s just sad.

  • Jane Elliot

    @CrimTV:

    Hey, if you’re going to root for the (first ever?) 0.0 on broadcast television, you might as well root for it to happen to an already cancelled show.

  • Dan

    So with Cult being burned off, that just leaves ABC’s Secret Millionaire and CBS’s The Job & Partners as the only shows with unscheduled episodes for the summer.

  • Dan S

    I’m still waiting for ABC to schedule the remainder of B in Apt 23 for broadcast.

  • Dan

    @Dan S – That’s highly unlikely to happen. The main reason a network wuld release unaired episodes online is because the network has no intention of airing them like NBC’s Animal Practice. It’s a missed opportunity because ABC coud have easily doubled up on the episodes for 4 weeks and burned them off on Saturdays with Zero Hour and 666 Park Avenue.

  • Mark3

    Thank u CW!!!

  • r0ckmypants

    @Bitter Ringer Fan – According to everything Pedowitz was saying about Cult at the 2013 upfronts, it was planned as only 13 episodes. So I doubt they will end on a cliffhanger.

  • Dave

    @Dan

    I could’ve swore that I saw online somewhere that Apt 23′s episodes are available on ABC now.

  • thesnowleopard

    @r0ckmypants
    Let’s hope he didn’t mean just that each season was meant to be only 13 episodes. That could still leave room for a cliffhanger.

    Of course, there are cliffhangers and there are cliffhangers. It is possible to end on a cliffhanger that is still satisfying. Things don’t absolutely have to be wrapped up for a story to work and feel complete.

    @CrimTV
    Um…because it’s a site about TV ratings?

  • GARebelman

    Good because I wanted to see the conclusion!
