    What happened with the Bachelorette? I thought she was a fan favorite, according to the press?

  • JONNYSBRO

    Thats solid for the Voice. The Voice is doing better demos then Idol did but off season. Lets remember lots of people are on vacation summer has started and viewing is lower. The Voice is still solid business for NBC. The finale probably will have 12-13 million and that will be very good for the show.

  • Dennis

    Revolution is going to crash and burn on wednesdays…

    PREDICTION

    Premiere will rate 1.6 18-49
    Second episode crashes to 1.1 18-49

    :D :D

    There is no way it survives the whole season

  • OddGuy

    Why do networks repeat canceled shows?

  • The End

    @Dennis

    You’re one of the worse trolls on this website, you’re not even funny even. Just one clueless remark after another seems to come from your mouth in a desperate attempt to be funny, but in reality you just fail miserably.

  • david

    The CW movie dropped to a .3 and lost a bunch of viewers too. Must have been allot of preemptions.

  • CBSviewer

    @ Denis

    There is no way it survives the whole season.

    No it won’t. Revolution will probably take a hit newt season but it will survive. I can see it getting between 1.6-1.8 all season (maybe 2.0 for the Premiere).
    If you take Smash as an example to predict Revolution’s future you can’t be right. Contrary to Smash, Revolution has a loyal fanbase (You can see it flats when The Voice is falling) and they will follow it everywhere.

  • MichaelChickless

    Go Revolution! Dominating the hour!

  • The End

    @MichaelChickless

    To be fair, it had no competition.

  • MichaelChickless

    @The End

    It was up against a new 20/20 and a strong repeat of H50. Four seasons and a movie!

  • Wright

    I can’t believe Revolution didn’t adjust up. It’s such a great show.

  • The End

    @MichaelChickless

    Lol, anyway I’m really positive about Season 2. I think things will work out fine for the show. Perhaps some of those DVR viewers that bump the show up to a 3.4 18-49 and higher in the Live + 7 area will watch it live now that it’s on earlier.

  • HalCapone

    The Bachelorette matched last year’s 1.9 rating on Memorial Day, although last year’s was not the season premier. By the end of next season, Revolution will be in the low 1’s just prior to cancellation. Network science fiction is an uphill battle…and Revolution is anything but revolutionary science fiction. Mediocre at best plus it is on the network that nobody watches, except the cheesy Voice and Sunday Night Football.

  • Chris

    Dennis is right, Revolution is going to tank in the second season. And don’t give me that bull that it has a loyal community that will save it. How did that go for Smash? Without that voice lead in, the show is done. Good riddance too, it’s such an overrated show with crappy writing. I mean let me get this straight there’s some sort of virus that destroys all electricity in the world, yet somehow the bad guys have electric generators that work fine? Not to mention the fact that the human body has electricity in it, and everyone should be dead, but they aren’t somehow. And then there’s that case where some people are using 1980’s computers? Yeah crappy writing indeed. The people who write Revolution got nothing on Gene Roddenberry. Revolution is two seasons and done.

  • Abyalew Bayu

    I think Revolution will adjust up to a rating of 2.0 in the next week’s Season Finale!

  • Lenni

    Good numbers for Revolution, it’s been steady at 1.9 for a few weeks now which shows it has established an audience. Next fall we will see if that audience will follow the show to Wednesday’s at 8:00 PM. I predict it will drop a little next season, but should keep a steady 1.6/1.7 all season.

    @Dennis
    @Chris
    You do realize that JJ Abrams is the creative /producer/writer director of the Prequels to Star Trek and is now in charge of the New star Wars Jedi trilogy. I am sorry but please go back and watch
    the original Star Trek with William Shatner the acting, the writing was terrible it was only cool because they had warp speed a phaser guns. Revolution is classic JJ Abrams with outdated computers, flash backs/time travel and mythology. Why do you care if it crashes and burns. Revolution has a loyal fan base. You can not compare SMASH crash and burn’s demise. The changed show runners, brought in Jennifer Hudson for what. SMASH did not have loyal fans, The first season was okay. The second season sucked. The actors did not even like the direction the show was going. If you are basing Revolution the show on the first half of the season then you must get rocks for Halloween. The second half of the season the writing the acting has been awesome. So shut up about the comparisons don’t watch the show. 1.9/2.0 for a SyFy show is PFG especially on NBC. So suck it up, the show will make 4 seasons and then a short 5th season. I am giving it Vegas odds oh yeah that CBS show was Cancelled. CBS The network for AARP and retirees. Revolution already had a deal in place with netflix JJ Abrams is no dummy. You Revolution Envy haters..

    @Chris
    @Dennis is right,

    Stopped reading there. Way to destroy your own credibility by agreeing with the resident troll guy.

    @Dennis and Chris Please do some research on your classic television shows before
    you blog.

    Lostboy
    is right the original Star Trek was cancelled after 2 seasons then loyal fans brought it back by petitioning
    the Network if I am not mistaken it was on NBC. Star Trek came back on, by the time it was un cancelled most of the writers had other shows and the 3rd season was cancelled because it was awful the Trouble with Trolls season 3 LOL episode don’t think it made through the whole season. Hopefully Revolution does not suffer the same fate as V S2 new show runners. I still think abc sold out on V the reboot. I hate that network. Only good show is Revenge and that sucked for most of the year. Good thing ESPN airs College Football only watched because of Madelyn Stowe. S1 Revenge rocked baby. QUAT SUCKS AND IT GETS A SPIN OFF. QUATS ratings are not any better than Revolutions. Revolutions kicks but in DVR viewing will see the battle for Wednesday nights its on,

  • Alex

    I don’t know why Dennis is so angry at Revolution but he always looks silly when he tries to bash it. Anyway, Revolution has been steady at 1.9/2.0 for the last few episodes which shows it has established a loyal audience. There might be a small drop in ratings next season, but as long as there is not a huge drop (which I don’t think there will be) it will definitely get a third season.
