CORRECTION: Honest mistake, I was looking at the wrong column because Total Day ratings are not posted.

MSNBC is 2nd in the primetime demo, but Fox #1 with more than TWICE the number of 25-54 viewers.

  • AppleStinx

Someone was kicked out of bed early today. This must be a record for the earliest cable news ratings report.

  • Ralph Hahn

@AppleStinx: They are a day behind because of the holiday. I would expect the Wednesday numbers will be out later this afternoon as usual.

  • AppleStinx

‘All in with Chris Hayes’ at 82K in the A25-54 demo. Ed Schultz got 125K on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend!

  • AppleStinx

    @Ralph Hahn

Holy smokes! Today feels like Wednesday. Apologies to Sara.

  • Chriscee

Just wow @ msnBS. They have truly sunk to new lows…in more ways than just viewership.

  • Ralph Hahn

@Apple: ALL DAY Tuesday felt like Monday. Especially for me having all of last week off for vacation.

For all of the RIGHT things you say, App, you’re allowed to make one mistake. ;)

  • Dreamer

I never understood why people tune out for Shep. I like his show.
    Maybe the hour? Or..

  • AppleStinx

From 5-10pm FNC beat CNN+MSNBC+HLN in both total and demo viewers.

  • SteveB

So. MSNBC was floundering in the Toilet for a year or so.. then finally went to the Septic Tank and stewed in that pot for awhile…….. they have finally Degraded enough to be pumped to the Drain Field……….Soon to be Absorbed back into the Dirt,

Even Democrats don’t want to watch that “Crap” any longer……

  • Ralph Hahn

To prove to everyone here that I’m not just a “right-wing kook” who sides with the GOP and conservatives all the time, (even though I don’t HAVE to.)

I am REALLY pis$ed-off at the conservatives who have been making such a big friggin deal of my Governor, Chris Christie, hanging with Obama this week to announce that New Jersey beaches are open for business. This WAS a joint federal/state massive effort to get things (mostly) done by this past weekend, the unofficial start of Summer.

I feel exactly the same for the Dems and other Liberals who are trying to score political points with the widely-reported “bromance.” My Governor chose NOT to knock Obama and his Administration so that needy families and businesses can get back onto their properties and under a roof. My county was hit hardest by Superstorm Sandy and we got our money from the feds as promised.

Chris Christie is still a loyal Republican and our best shot at winning the White House in 2016. For now…

  • SteveB

    OH.. and Good Morning Everyone.

  • SteveB

I just can’t see Comcast Staying with these low Demo’s or MSNBC much longer. Even they have to see that Advertisers are won’t continue to buy ads when they know they won’t get a Return on their Investment…

  • Ralph Hahn

@Dreamer: I agree with you and have been puzzled by that fact for a couple of years. Shep is the best. Every network news operation would LOVE to get their hands on Shep. Fox News pays him BIG BUCKS to stay.

Perhaps some viewers feel that they got all of the news at 6pm from Brett Baier. The last quarter-hour of “Special Report” is commentary but “Tne Fox Report” is all news, Fair and Balanced.

  • Chriscee

Next week will be an interesting news week….viewership for all will probably go up.

Congress will be back in session….and I suspect soon enough….Holder will be bye bye!! And then the left will come unglued!!

  • Chriscee

Holder knows when he has his left wing media…refusing to meet with him…PRIVATELY….he’s in big trouble…So far…only Politico has agreed to meet with him–OFF THE RECORD…

And then you get Brad Woodhouse the DNC communication a$$….complaining that no one wants to meet with Holder OFF THE RECORD.

    This was his tweet complaining….

    Brad Woodhouse

POTUS asked AG to review how leak investigations are done but some in the media refuse to meet with him. Kind of forfeits your right gripe.

NO ONE WANTS TO BE INVOLVED WITH THIS CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION ANYMORE….except of course the hard left wing idiots at Politico..who take their marching orders from Valarie Jarrett.

Wonder if anyone from NBC or msnBS will be there??

  • Ralph Hahn

Question: What if the Attorney General of the United States threw an off-the-record briefing session with the news media and no one attended? Did a tree fall in the forest???

  • Raz

Fox news agreed to meet with Eric Holder, mostly I suspect to have James Rosen sit in the front row and ask him all kinds of fun questions.

  • Raz

Ralph, Gov Christie did what he had to do for his state, even if that meant kissing the pig.
