This just in: looks like the anti gun control nuts are involved in the ricin letters to NY mayor and his accociates. The gun nuts are a tiny minority who want to go against the will of the people. 92% of American favor gun background checks, even NRA’s members but the Chief clown Pierre wants to keep putting money in his pockets…..

  • Raz

Huh, no Jeffie. Such a pitty. Guess he vented his scapple yesterday.

Fox Fake News continues to do the Benghazi Boondoggle in order to cover the incompetence of the right wing GOP…as well as their lack of plan for anything. The right wing GOP, like McConnell, has only one plan–to try to malign Obama…..

  • Raz

    Pity, new glasses tomarrow yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Fake Issa investigation into women’s birth control issues….fails to call any women to testify…right wing kooks applaud….Fox does the Fox fake…..

Holder knows when he has his left wing media…refusing to meet with him…PRIVATELY….he’s in big trouble…So far…only Politico has agreed to meet with him–OFF THE RECORD
Chris Wallace just announced that Fox will not attend the AG meeting unless the off-the-record requirement is lifted. I wish Roger Ailes would accept the invitation regardless and send in his place a husky janitor taking a laughing Hyena that Roger borrowed from a zoo.

Raz: Thanks. That was exactly my point. To me: constituents vs. party? I’ll go with the people any day of the week.

German railway to deploy drones to thwart graffiti
The rapid uptick in drones entering the commercial market has also led to companies thinking of new, and sometimes troubling ways in which to use these devices.
According to a report in the BBC, Germany’s national railway company, Deutsche Bahn, plans to deploy a fleet of drones in a bid to decrease the amount of graffiti at the company’s train stations. The cameras will reportedly use infrared cameras to capture footage of anyone committing the crime on the company’s property, after which that footage will be used to prosecute the offending scribbler.

Coming to a city near you?

This just in…I got a good whiff of Dung Dung here.

Ralph, I agree with you about Gov. Christie. Christie is going to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

I’ve watched him in those one-hour real shows where they take down real criminals and he was a prosecutor. On the white collar crime, Christie was brutal as a prosecutor. No one could buy him off. No one could do anything to schmooze him or sway him. The man is a total pitbull when it comes to doing the right thing.

When I was in New Jersey last year for six months, I’d tell New Jerseyans, “Your Governor is a man that means what he says and says what he means.”

  • Chriscee

Obama: “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan”

Turns out Obama lied again and again

Now it comes out YOU might not get to keep your plan after all.

Obama LESS CARE will be the un-doing of the demicrats

    That’s funny!!! lol

  • Ralph Hahn

@BevAG: I have known Christie since he was the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey. Any prosecutors in this State are County Prosecutors. Yes, Chris is the real deal.

  • jeremy

Things are back to normal. MSNBC is back in a distant second. Looks like ratings are weak all around, a lot of people may be on vacation. Seriously Chris Hayes has to go, he was not meant to be watched every day.

  • Ralph Hahn

@BevAG: Most of the negatives on Christie are funded by the state teachers union. They’ve spent a million dollars or more on televised ads attacking Chris. Why? Unlike all Governors before him, he said ‘NO’ to outrageous salary and benefit demands from union leaders. Although a lot of teachers I know like Christie.

His predecessor, Democrat Jon Corzine, gave away the store with 5% or more salary increases before he left office.

Have you ever gone to one of Christie’s Town Halls? I went to two last year before Sandy. I flew out of New Jersey two days before Sandy hit. The man tells it like it is.

You get people standing up and saying, “Thank you for you getting this done or that done.”

Some lady had issues with a high-income husband leaving her and her two kids with no money and he was doing everything to dodge paying. She stood up and talked about the judge who was allowing that to happen. Christie started discussing NJ’s issues with how judges have been selected in NJ for decades (kind of the handshake, good ole boy thing) and he was working his darndest to stop it. But he had his staff go over to her and get the details so he could work with it.

There was the mother with an autistic child and the institutional care system in New Jersey. (I’m not familiar with a lot of NJ’s stuff since I live in CA).

But I came away from both Christie Town Halls that I went to with the idea that Christie gets things accomplished. I got that feeling because of what the people were saying. And that’s BEFORE Sandy.

Even my Democrat NJ family are totally impressed with what Christie did before, during and after Sandy. They didn’t like Christie before Sandy because he’s a Republican. Now they like him more and more.

  • usa8888

Ralphie, Chriscee, and Bev support the right wing kooks who have no plan for anything…in fact, Chriscee’s plan is to do nothing (as Robme stated in his campagin) and let the economy fall flat and pick up the pieces. They have no healthcare plan, either, just let costs continue to skyrocket, incrasing 100% every 10 years so no employers can afford to pay healthcare for their employees….that’s why the American people favor Obama and his policies…..

  • jersey

Comcast isn’t going to change anything. MSNBC is a liberal channel, if they went the CNN route their ratings won’t do any better and if the went conservative they will get no viewers.
It is what it is and they will probably remain a distant second on days when there is no breaking news. on the days their is news they will fall and if HLN has a hot female on trial that will hurt also.

  • usa8888

Christie and Obama working to get things accomplished in New Jersey. Too bad the right wing kooks in the House can’t do this….

  • BevAG

Yes, at the two Town Halls I was at with Christie, there was ALWAYS a teacher who wanted to spar with Christie. I was fascinated how he’d listen and then he’d tell that person the parts that they were saying that were correct and the parts where they were lied to by the Union and/or by school administration.

The two I went to didn’t have any of the flaming arguments that we’ve seen on TV. (I think Christie has learned to tame those things down a bit). lol

But he starts every Town Hall with some “rules.” He talks about one hand at a time so he could give each his attention, yadda, yadda, yadda. BUT his last rule goes something like this, “If you’re here to spar with me and fight with me, remember, I’m from New Jersey too and expect to get what you give.” You know he means it. And people applaud him and go wild.
