Suburgatory Alan Tudyk

Some of ABC's returning shows will have smaller casts in fall 2013. Per Deadline, Alan Tudyk (Noah) and Rex Lee (Mr. Wolfe) have been dropped from  Suburgatory for budgetary reasons. Ashley Madekewe (Ashley) is exiting Revenge.  Ruby/Little Red Riding Hood will no longer be a part of Once Upon a Time's enormous cast because Megan Ory is starring in CBS's new series Intelligence. However, Michael Raymund James (Neal) has been upgraded from guest star to series regular.

Plus produced by WB and not by ABC studios will definitely hurt the chances of a fourth season if ABC finds a few comedy hits next year and Suburgatory fails to stay stable or grow next season.

I won’t miss Ashley on Revenge. Ashley Madekwe is a great actress, but her character was irrelevant on season two, it was a wise choice.

Suburgatory will be so much better now, those characters were pointless and most of the time ridiculous. This show needs to go back to basics just like in season 1, and I think that is what they are going to do.

tudyk leaving suburgatory is a big mistake, hes where about 80% of the comedy goes from. id rather see the main character go before him.

I’m okay with Tudyk and Lee leaving. They probably wont be gone, just re-curring. Frankly I don’t understand why Lee was on the main cast anyway. Ory will probably be back to ONCE re-curring. She missed so many episodes season 2 anyway, I’m not really sure why they promoted her. She wasn’t even in the season finale.
I don’t really care about Revenge.

I’m actually surprised that ABC is downsizing the cast of Suburgatory and only giving it a midseason order. This show has been consistent in the ratings since the start and could have been as easy sell for syndication. What the hell happened ABC??
