  • In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 Wednesday results were: “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” 1.0/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3 with an encore.
  • From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET Wednesday night, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Mistresses bombed…I bet ABC is shocked. They seem to think any show filled with sex scenes & “scandal” will become a hit. Not the case this time.

Bachelorette pretty low this season also, but still getting good enough ratings for summer filler.

  • Loki

Carrie Diaries 0.1 for a repeat HA HA HA HA. Pathetic :-)

  • John A

BOP isnt coming back. Get over it.

  • DenverDean

AM with little promotion builds off of NG (R). Interesting.

  • Dante

    A few things…

Anger Management is only on FOX for a few weeks to try and give it a boost on FX. This episode earned a higher rating than the show usually gets on cable but considering this is network, the number is disappointing.

Mistresses will be fine for the 13 weeks it will air. ABC can’t possibly expect gold out of this. It will remain on the schedule and air all the episodes.

  • Michael

I heard the title is quite misleading for Mistresses. Just like Cougar Town, I heard from several people it has nothing to do with what the title suggest. I can’t give an opinion because I haven’t seen it, yet.

  • John A

TCD had a 0.2 at half hour it might adjust up.

  • Holly

SAVE BODY OF PROOF! 9 million per episode, …Third most watched show on the network!

Which serves to prove that total viewers are meaningless to renewal decisions.

    ABC’s best international sales success,

  • JB

Aww…I liked Mistresses :( hopefully it will stick around as summer filler anyway. And Anger Mgmt ratings prove that very few people want to watch Charlie Sheen anymore.

  • Layo

I have seen most of the premieres are pretty low on demo and viewers.

How CW make money? Its shows are pretty poor in ratings…. Have been wondering for months

  • MichaelChickless

    Revolution! Yeah, baby.

    Posted June 4, 2013 at 8:44 AM
Despite the typical naysayers, Revolution is doing good and stands a good chance of surviving on Mondays.

It’s moving to Wednesdays next season.

My 1.1 guess for Mistresses was pretty close.

That’s a pretty ugly night for FOX (except maybe for Raising Hope).

  • PurpleDrazi

I heard the title is quite misleading for Mistresses

I don’t see how. If you read the description of the show every one of it’s characters is either cheating on their husbands or having sex with someone elses husband. Title seems pretty correct to me.

  • Max Vrany

@Layo, the CW makes its money from syndication, DVDs and other ancillary media.

  • Tony JJ

They are a content network. They make money off of their content in DVD/Blu-ray/iTunes sales, syndication, streaming deals, international sales, etc. that’s why they only air shows that are produced by either WB or CBS Studios who are both co-owners of The CW. They lose money on the network itself but make money elsewhere with their shows.

Good for Revolution! Great finale and nice ‘Season Recap Montage’ al a ‘Supernatural’.

    LMFAO at Anger Management!

  • Dennis

I’m Saying it now, and I will still be on here in September to be proven right

  • dee

It’s Sun vs. Jin at 10pm! Sorry big LOST fan here! :)

  • Layo

@ Max and Tony, Thanks for the explanation. I follow the ratings through this website. In my country things don´t work that way and episodes come in a bit late but I am still a fans of most of them.

  • ethan

Nice for Revolution!!! Best new broadcast shoe of the fall!

    lol @ mistresses…pathetic…The Gates part deux…

And by the way, after the ratings for zero hour, red widow, mistresses, and motive, those Last resort numbers dont look so bad…it was such a great show, they should bring it back as a summer show like what CBS did with unforgettable

  • Dave

LMFAO at the CW’s flop diaries! I can’t wait to see its ratings on Friday!

    The flop should’ve been cancelled!
