Shhhh. Suspiciously quiet at the Liberal Loon Farm. USA-zero has probably all done racking up his standard comments, including his Top-27 list. When you have nothing to crow about, you bring out the old material, like slapstick.

Mark2 is probably getting his broadcast TV news ratings from last night so that he can unfairly compare the numbers to cable news.

Ol’ Jeffy has is likely to have his own head being squeezed by an industrial vise to get him angry enough to spew his hatred.

I think that MSNBC should offer all three of them a job. This way, we would not hear from them again. ;)

And Nobody else would hear them either…lmaoooooooooooo!!

    This morning on Fox

They showed a picture of the White House situation room…on the night when the Navy Seal Team 6 killed Bin Laden. Everyone…including Obama…sat around watching TV with intensity.

Then they showed a picture of the same situation room…on the night of the Benghazi attacks…..NO ONE WAS IN THAT ROOM

Where was everyone that night? Did they all check out? Where was Obama and Hillary and Leon Panetta???

It was also told today…that Panetta himself LEAKED classified SEAL unit info.

This administration…with past and present cabinet members..has completely gone NUTS!!

Pursuant to a July 18, 2012 Freedom of Information Act request, Judicial Watch obtained documentation on January 15 and April 16, 2013 concerning an FBI anti-terrorism training materials purge.

The purge revolved around the removal of materials deemed “offensive” to Muslims. It was carried out by the Inspection Division (INSD) working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the request of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in Northern California.

After the INSD and SMEs went through the anti-terrorism training materials, the following are examples of the kind of changes that were requested:
Remove references to mosques specially as a radicalization incubator
Remove sweeping generality of “Those who fit the terrorist profile best (for the present at least) are young male immigrants of Middle Eastern appearance”

The INSD and SEMs also seized on statements within the training materials that “inaccurately” argued that “the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization” and that “inaccurately” claimed a clear link between Al Qaeda and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Just over three months ago–in February 2013–Fox News highlighted Al Qaeda’s role in financing the World Trade Center bombing. And in May 2013, the Washington Examiner pointed out that while the Muslim Brotherhood “is not on the U.S. State Department’s official list of international terror organizations, some of its offshoots, including the Palestinian group Hamas, are.”

According to NPR, the attempt to remove anything offensive to Muslims from the anti-terrorism training materials resulted in a purge of “876 pages and 392 presentations.”

It is all about Obama..protecting his muslim brothers…

“Yes Virginia, There Are Death Panels”: Limbaugh Exploits Child Transplant Patient To Revive Obamacare Myth
1 hour and 50 minutes ago ››› TYLER HANSEN
Rush Limbaugh rehashed the widely debunked myth that President Obama’s Affordable Care Act will result in death panels to smear Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, claiming that “Obamacare establishes death panels and right now Sebelius is it.”

Limbaugh used the case of Sarah Murnaghan, a 10-year-old girl awaiting a lung transplant, as evidence that “The government’s making the decision who lives and dies. That’s what Obamacare is.” Later, Limbaugh responded to a caller, saying, “Yes Virginia, there are death panels.”

Despite Limbaugh’s accusation, Politico reported that the Murnaghan case is not tied to the Affordable Care Act. According to Politico, the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network sets policy for transplants, not Sebelius, and Republicans, not the Affordable Care Act, are pressuring Sebelius to intervene.

Limbaugh has repeatedly warned that mythical “death panels” are contained within the Affordable Care Act, even though his claims have been debunked.

    Nice try Fat Bastard!

Appeals Court Win for Wisconsin Voter ID Law

In a blow to the Obama administration’s effort to block voter identification laws, a state appellate court has ruled that Wisconsin’s voter ID measure is constitutional and therefore can be used as a tool to eliminate election fraud.

The decision, from the 4th District Court of Appeals, reverses a lower court’s injunction banning implementation of the measure during the 2012 presidential election. That means voters could not be forced to show a government-issued ID to cast a ballot in federal, state and local elections in Wisconsin, even though the state had passed legislation requiring it in 2011.

A consortium of leftist groups, including the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) legally challenged the measure, essentially asserting that it’s discriminatory. Last spring separate county judges ruled in favor of the leftist groups, with one declaring the voter ID law to be “unconstitutional” because it serves as a condition for voting at the polls.

Reversing that decision this week, the 4th Circuit writes that one of the groups challenging the measure fails to make an effective argument that requiring ID at the polls is “so difficult and inconvenient” that it amounts to a “denial of the right to vote.” Therefore the challenge failed to demonstrate how the voter ID law violates the constitution, according to the unanimous ruling.

The U.S. Supreme Court has actually ruled on this issue (In 2008 it upheld Indiana’s voter ID law, finding that the state’s interest in protecting the integrity of the voting process outweighed the insufficiently proven burdens the law may impose on voters) as have other federal courts yet states continue to waste huge sums defending their voter ID laws, often against the federal government.

That’s because the Obama administration and his liberal allies in Congress assert that voter ID laws discriminate against minorities. In fact, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the Florida congresswoman who chairs the Democratic National Committee, says voter ID laws are a “full-scale-assault” on minority voters designed to “rig” elections for Republicans.

In an effort to combat election fraud, more than two dozen states have laws requiring voters to show at least some type of identification to vote. Several—including Texas and Pennsylvania—enacted their voter ID measures in the last few years and the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) has vowed to block them or at least scrutinize them. In fact, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas Perez confirmed in 2011 that DOJ lawyers are probing voter ID measures to ensure that they’re not racially discriminatory.

Never mind that the nation’s High Court ruled years ago in favor of voter ID laws as an effective way for sates to protect the integrity of the voting process. “There is no question about the legitimacy or importance of the State’s interest in counting only the votes of eligible voters,” the Supreme Court wrote in its 2008 decision.

Even the famously liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of voter ID laws. In a decision involving Arizona’s measure, the federal appellate court found that the “photo identification requirement is not an invidious restriction” and does not violate the 14th Amendment’s equal protection clause.

A renowned Latino rights group claimed the law, approved by voters in 2004 to stop illegal immigrants from voting, discriminates against Hispanics because it creates a barrier for minorities that’s tantamount to a poll tax.

Judicial Watch Sues U.S. Secret Service for Obama’s Hawaiian Vacation Document

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on May 6, 2013, against the U.S. Secret Service in order to obtain records concerning use of U.S. Government funds to provide “security and/or any other services to President Obama and any companions on their January 1 and 2, 2013, trip to Honolulu, Hawaii” (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Secret Service (No. 1:13-cv-00647-ESH))

On January 2, 2013, Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request about taxpayer funds used to pay for President Obama and his entourage to travel to Hawaii. The Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit seeks access to:

All records concerning use of U.S. Government funds to provide security and/or other services to President Obama and any companions on their January 1 and 2, 2013 trip to Honolulu, Hawaii.

By a letter dated January 31, 2013, the Secret Service acknowledged that they received the request. By law the agency was required to determine whether to comply with the FOIA request within 20 days and provide Judicial Watch with the requisite notifications by February 11, 2013 at the latest. But as of May 6, the Secret Service had yet to produce any record.

Veteran White House reporter Keith Koffler wrote on January 4, 2013 that the “total cost to taxpayers of Obama’s vacations to Hawaii since becoming president is likely in excess of $20 million, and possibly much, much more.” This is based on estimates for the trips taken by the Obama family during the Christmas holiday season in four consecutive years.

“According to a detailed breakdown by the Hawaii Reporter, the annual excursions in 2009, 2010, and 2011 cost about $4 million, much of it attributable to the expense of taking Air Force One, at an hour rate of about $180,000, on an eighteen-hour roundtrip journey to Honolulu and back.”

According to records obtained by Judicial Watch, First Family vacations since Obama took office have come at great costs to taxpayers. Those costs have included:

In August 2010, when Michelle Obama traveled to Spain with multiple friends and one of her daughters, the total cost to taxpayers was at least $467,555.
From June 21 – 27, 2011, when Michelle Obama along with her daughters and staff traveled to South Africa and Botswana, charges to the taxpayers for the aircraft and crew alone were $424,142.

During President’s Day weekend of February 2012, when Michelle Obama and her two daughters vacationed in Aspen, Colorado, charges to the taxpayers were $83,182.99.

“The Obamas’ opulent vacation lifestyle is particularly objectionable during a time when government debt is out of control,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “President Obama is not king and his administration should stop ignoring the FOIA open records law and account to the American people the spending on his luxury vacations.”
