    AMAZING RETENTION for NBC! Perfect programming for the network.

  • Charmed

    Wow NBC! If only they had those ratings when it mattered.

  • MichaelChickless

    Brooklyn DEAD

  • harry

    I cant understand why NBC decided to launch ready for love , instead of americas got talent , while ratings mattered…

  • Michael

    @Harry,

    I agree, incompetent and stupid call by NBC! Oh well….

  • John A

    Time for CBS to pull Brooklyn. They could do better with another NCIS Repeat.

  • SJ

    Brooklyn DA? More like Brooklyn DOA!

    Why is ABC repeating a cancelled show? EWL is not coming back next year with those numbers.

  • Michael

    SJ,

    Don’t let Ultima see your reply, lol.

    Who says April is more important than June?

  • Nick

    @SJ

    Why is ABC repeating a cancelled show?

    Because other things won’t do as well in that slot.

  • Spen B

    CBS needs to start repeating Person of Interest Tuesdays at 10PM.

  • Robbie

    I’ve seen Brooklyn DA for all of one minute, and honestly, it just looks like a poorly done spinoff of 48 Hours. No wonder why it does so poorly.

  • Stew

    @Nick April is more important than June because April is actually in the TV season, while June isn’t.

    @Nick the purpose of reruns isn’t always necessarily to win a timeslot like first rubs. The Martin purpose of reruns is to get new viewers interested in the show in time for first runs

  • Liam

    Body of Proof repeated well.

    [ABC] probably had a repeat scheduled for last night when they were doing out the June schedule, before they decided to cancel it, thinking they were going to renew it.
    I highly doubt that they will reverse their cancellation decision but I really hoped TNT or some cable network would have picked it up. Like the series could have easily averaged a 1.0 and around 3-4 million viewers for them.

    I’ve often wondered what the Martin purpose was.

  • Holly

    @Stew,

    The main purpose of reruns is the same purpose as first runs, to sell ads.

    I agree but they won’t. All six episodes of Brooklyn DA will air and then CBS will move NCIS: LA to 10PM (Big Brother airs at 9). Person of Interest will repeat on Thursday at 9 all summer long.

    Considering that just about everything is down this summer, that’s not bad for AGT. I didn’t watch so I wonder how the audience will react to the new judges. It sure seems like no one is missing Sharon, lmao.

    Please don’t tell me ABC will be rerunning a cancelled show here all summer. It didn’t repeat too badly though considering how originals do but it’s just pointless and not going to help ABC at all this summer. Like I have said, stick What Would You Do here.

  • DarthSidVicious

    I’ve been saying it since I was old enough to reach the keyboard: any hack can churn out shows that retain SOME fraction of a strong lead-in and, if they’re lucky, keep at bay the dreaded spectre of cancellation…

    …But to go forth and ADD to those numbers? To multiply that most precious currency? Now, that takes a true creator; it takes vision. In short, it takes talent. We’re lucky America’s got some!

    *patriotic applause*

  • JONNYSBRO

    Thats is very good ratings for the Voice. It was on an hour earlier and it did good numbers for a result show. Americas Got Talent viewership higher then last May. I honestly believe that this is solid NBC.
