I have to say that Hannibal was badly written last night. The cops haven’t bothered to check Hobbs travel records for ten episodes? That’s something I’d expect from the following.

  • Joseph A

    Nice NBA numbers ,
    But also
TBBT at 2.1 is really nice given the game was already on for those of us out West

  • kbmv

The ratings will keep going up with every remaining game. We are guaranteed 2 more and hopefully a game 7 as well.

  • John A

    POI not repeating that well.

  • Dr. TV

Hannibal season 2 is going to be fun to watch.

  • The End

Hannibal is an odd one ratings wise. I mean, it’s been abandoned like it’s some god awful show that you can barely watch by Nielsen viewers, yet it actually isn’t.

It didn’t premiere well either, which suggests there’s no audience for dark shows on network TV really.

Take Kevin Bacon off The Following and I’d have to wonder how well that’d do too.

    Great for NBA.

lol at POI. So much for being such a “beast” repeater.

  • The End

@lol at POI. So much for being such a “beast” repeater.

To be fair, this only matters to random people on TVbythenumbers. CBS won’t care, and it won’t affect the Season 4 renewal announcement next year.

    @ The End

Especially since it needs at last one more season for Syndication ;)

  • dddddddddd

grrr more people need to watch Hannibal! I was going to blame the NBA game but even a repeat of Elementary beat Hannibal last night.

I guess it’s too gory for many people?

  • The End

Can see it going for a good 5-6 seasons personally. It’l easily pass 100 episodes, and will end if Jim Caviezel gets bored of doing it. Certainly you can’t have a show without him.

  • One

I hate people who only watch a show until it’s renewed, then exit stage left for no reason.

  • Theisssuesarenow

Fact: POI is moving to CBS death slot of failure for everything!

Hannibal: no one wants to watch will Graham be weak and unhinged while he solves crimes! Unfortunately there’s no charisma from dancy at all for mass viewers! The shows failing! Graham needs to be cured and be take charge guy with some confidence!! Ditch the misery porn! Total will Graham misery porn!

  • Mathew

Was this the series finale of save me? people say it is but isnt it supposed to atleast have 13 episodes?

  • The End

That’s all there is. 7 episodes, no more, no less.

  • Jacobo

Original episodes 2-5 and 12 were scratched because they were so bad I guess :/

  • Contrast

Unfortunately, you’re right. Hugh Dancy is the weakpoint of Hannibal right now. Mads is a great Dr. Lecter and Fishburne does a job as Jack Crawford. I love the show but they need to sort out Will’s character if they ever want to see ratings rise.

  • CBSviewer

    @ The End

Unfortunatly the Show is not owned by CBS. The Network will probably move it to Friday or Sunday when its ratings will be too low. But it’s a quality Show and it will be good paired with NCIS: Los Angeles.

  • The End

@will probably move it to Friday or Sunday

I can’t ever see that happening to be honest. Person of Interest will pretty much stay above 2.0 during Season 3, which will be enough for a renewal, and it’ll likely be put on a different day depending on how well it does.

They key really is just for it to stay above that 2.0, 10 million line.

Anyways, speaking of which. Quite a few shows are entering production soon for their next seasons. Arrow, Once Upon a Time, and a few others. More interested in hearing what’s going on with these when I can.

stupid decision by nbc for putting grimm behind the voice instead of hannibal when grimm only had about 3 or 4 episodes left and hannibal and the voice had the same amount of weeks left, leaving hannibal to struggle behind comedy repeats for a month…grrrr….
