    Anybody here?

  • Ralph Hahn

I’m here. The headline of this story, Fox landing Kurtz to a program now called “Fox News Watch” asks the question: What happens to the current host Jon Scott? Fox has a huge stable of talent, they don’t need to raid the failing news networks. I “hear” talk of Julie Bandaras getting some additional face time on Fox, but why isn’t SHE hosting the weekend Fox Report again? She went out on maternity leave and her job was assigned to someone else who got to keep the show. Arthel…?

  • Ralph Hahn

I meant Harris Faulkner. She does well, nothing against her. But if I was out on medical leave, I’d expect to come back to my old jobn again.

This is weighing heavily on my mind. We’ve known since 2012 (NYT’s) that the US has been arming the Syrian rebels by running guns through Turkey .

Today’s Update: US training Syrian rebels; White House ‘stepped up assistance’

Reuters has had reporters in Syria through the whole Assad / Rebel conflict . Their reporters are conveying that the moderates are almost gone , co-opted by the extremists.

John McCain has called on the US to help so called moderates like Abu Sakkar.

He’s the rebel that cut open the chest of an Assad soldier & ate his heart & liver ( video online)

A few days ago, a Syrian rebel beheaded a Christian , & feed the body to his dogs.

    Tonight , I watched a video :

Syrian Rebels Run Al-Qaeda Training Camp For Children…

Look at the harm we’ve done in Egypt & the caliphate that has spread through the Middle East & Africa. We bear a lot of the blame for imposing our culture on countries that want only one thing from us …. money.

How bad do you have to be to make Assad look good?

After Libya and Egypt please no mas.

If you were going to help the Syrians you had to do it early. If the West is not on board from the beginning they turn to terrorists for help. Leading from behind!

It’s a good thing for O. that he owns the corrupt, secular, left wing, so-called objective media or he would be toast. His approval would be 30% instead of a falling, despite the media, 44%

You are right, Fox is going to need another news channel. I was thinking the same thing. Nice to have a lot of talent but people get upset when they don’t get the ball.

MSNBC is stinking up the joint again.

Summertime numbers are starting to settle in. Everyone will be down a bit until fall and even then, no elections this year. Can’t wait for football!

He will do specials, besides his daily morning program.

It’s good to see Julie Banderas back and more visible. I still remember her first days on the network.

  • Ralph Hahn

@Papa: Last night was one of those nights where Fox News more than doubled the CNN and MSNBC demo ratings. I doubt that Maddow will ever come close to Hannity again. Why they just don’t get rid of her and bring certain MSDNC people back during Presidential election years, or leap-years.

  • Ralph Hahn

@AppleStinx: Julie Bandaras should be more visable than anyone else on the network. Ha, ha, ha, ha, & ha. ;)

    Greetings

Jon Scott also does work on Fox Business

    @Syria

Syria is a no win situation, for anyone.

Julie Bandaras was amazing to look at. Still a pretty good looking dame today! I wonder if she would be impressed with 98 Honda Civic?

Breaking news: Kim and Kenya’s baby name, North West. Beam me up Scottie!

Maddow 107,000 in key demo. Tingles like numbers! Her act is getting old.

I could be wrong, but it’s probably not a good idea to comment about cable news ratings here since the ratings section itself was closed and remains closed.
