    WOW Big impressive numbers for Under The Dome..I wonder how far it will drop next week

  • gg

    I would think it will adjust up.
    Wonder how it will do next week.

  • MichaelChickless

    Guess I’ll keep on recording it.

  • Neil

    That’s how you write a press release, short and sweet unlike the CW and ABCS’ press releases.

  • harry

    If this was an ABC press release :

    Under the dome dominated monday ratings.

    Under the dome is Monday’s no1 program (tie) in 18-49 with NBC ‘s _____and first in total viewers .Despite airing against the -Bachelorrete fueled- Mistresses it won its timeslot with best timeslot ratings ever 305% (3.2 versus 1.1) and improved the ratings from same day last year by 150%.

  • harry

    oh yeah and i forgot to mention the target groups abc mentions as well….

    And it was first in women 16-25 kids 12-24 women 35-50 men 22-49 grandfathers 69-80 and great grandfathers 90-100.

    lol

    No need to bash ABC , they have some solid programs even if I am not a fan of their reality shows ,
    +
    But Under The Dome , did really well , it shows that if you spend money and put out a good product they actually might come :) , here is hoping that CBS uses this and American Baker as the front runners of quality programming for next Summer , and possibly during future Saturdays

  • Joie

    Well done CBS.

  • The End

    If this show remains on the Summer schedule next season and keeps its viewers(Mostly) I would like to see it moved to 9pm and used to launch another show.

    It makes sense, CBS could make Summers their own.

  • Josh

    I don’t think it will end up as a miniseries!

  • Neil

    Coming next Summer:

    Under the Dome II: Underground

    This time it’s the worms that are trapped.

    Congratulations for “Under the dome” – these are fantastic numbers. It was also good idea to combine it with TBBT earlier reruns which pulled pretty decent demo.

    @Joseph A. – There are a thousand and one rteasons to knock ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, Syfy, TBS, TNT, Spike, Lifetime, etc ad nauseum … But it’s also as pointless as throwing snowballs at the sun.

  • senor chang

    @neil

    Finally, we’ll get to see a worm bisected on national television! :’)

  • Jacob

    @Josh
    The book wraps everything up so it would be impossible to keep it going.

    Greater than I expected
