FNC has been #1 in Total Day and Primetime for 46 consecutive quarters and 138 consecutive months in total viewers. For the second quarter, FNC had a clean sweep of the top 13 programs in cable news based on total viewers for the entire quarter and claimed 9 out of the top 10 programs based on Adults 25-54.

Show highlights include:

  • FOX and Friends has spent 140 consecutive months as #1 in its timeslot (since Nov. ’01).
  • America Live with Megyn Kelly delivered its second highest-rated quarter ever in P2+.
  • All programs from 6AM to midnight are up year-to-year in total viewers (up double digits from 9am to 8pm).

FNC: 1,179,000 total viewers – up 12%; (238,000 in 25-54 – down 6%)

CNN: 475,000 total viewers – up 49%; (161,000 in 25-54 – up 69%)

MSNBC: 360,000 total viewers – down 9%; (122,000 in 25-54 – down 5%)

HLN: 390,000 total viewers – up 61%; (141,000 in 25-54 – up 48%)

 

PRIMETIME

FNC: 1,889,000 total viewers – up 5% (317,000 in 25-54 – down 11%)

CNN: 666,000 total viewers – up 49%; (228,000 in 25-54 – up 77%)

MSNBC: 576,000 total viewers – down 16%; (191,000 in 25-54 – down 12%)

HLN: 518,000 total viewers – up 49%; (178,000 in 25-54 – up 51%)
