Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Half hours for Under the Dome?

  • were123

Under the Dome is fine, 2.8 is an amazing rating for summer, even great for the fall. Chances are it will stablelize soon.
American Ninja Warrior seems to be able to survive without AGT lead.
And The Goodwin Games ended as it began, quitly

  • r0ckmypants

Siberia really didn’t do that poorly. It was acquired last minute, likely for next-to-nothing, and it was up against Under the Dome. I imagine NBC is satisfied with these results.

Plus, it did much better than Crossing Lines.

  • pinkie

mistresses is very exciting.i had never expected it to be so addictive.love it so much!!!!

  • Oliver

Purely a guess, but I imagine NBC wants year-round originals on Mondays.

  • rob60990

“still good for under the dome it will be adjusted up to 2.9″

    You have psychic powers?

  • Dennis

Still Hilarious that people thought Under the Dome would launch with low 1’s…

2.8 in its 2nd episode with only a small drop is FANTASTIC!!

Over 20 Million watched the pilot…with live+3 and Sundays repeat

  • sally

i watched under the dome, but I watched A%E And TNT for the other shows

  • Dennis

Can’t see Mistresses getting renewed with these poor numbers..
    Awful remake anyway

  • s0303

why are all the shows at 10pm new and mostly repeats in the 9pm hour? are they premiering other shows soon (like next week) cuz that doesn’t make a lot of sense…they would be getting better ratings at 9…they could at least start these shows at 9 to get a bigger audience and then move them back an hour when their other shows start…

  • MichaelChickless

That’s what I guessed for UTD, though it’ll possibly adjust up.

The 1.1 for Siberia was a tick or two higher than I envisioned.

    Under The Flop!

  • SueP

I’m enjoying Under the Dome. It’s not really following the book, so I’m interested to see how far off the track they take it. So far, I like the different set-ups and characterizations. Glad it’s doing well.

  • DanaK

I would think a 1.1 for Siberia in summer isn’t a bad start for NBC given how Crossing Lines premiered. It will drop below 1.0 of course.

  • Dennis

BAHAHA Yeah you keep thinking that..

Under the Dome is now a major player

  • r0ckmypants

@s0303 – ABC and NBC both have originals airing from 8-10 (The Bachelorette and American Ninja Warrior, respectively) before the 10pm dramas. And CBS has Big Bang Theory repeats airing before Under the Dome, which do about as well as originals on the other networks (not that Under the Dome even needs an original lead-in).

  • Hubert R.

I suppose 2.8 is better than any CBS regular telecast on any day at 10PM excepting Elementary premiere? If not, UTD is still doing better than H5O was in the same slot. (Even if UTD falls even further and stablizes at ~2.0, it will still be in better situation than H5O as it airs in summer and has weaker lead-ins).

  • mando

People still miss days when a lot of sitcoms and dramas are on even on. Summer.
Why are these networks having so many hiatus !??

  • Kenny

Well Sibera did better than most of Hannibals run, and crushed Crossing Lines ratings….so i think NBC can consider this a vicory

  • Theisssuesarenow

Rob60990 I didn’t say Kimberly was wrong for giving her opinion! That is not wrong but the content of the opinion I don’t agree with! Her opinion is her opinion and can’t be wrong but I disagree with it even though I said she was wrong but didn’t say she was wrong for giving her opinion.
