With The Bachelorette and summer highs on the night in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49., ABC ranked #1 Monday in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and across all key Women demos (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54). The Net equaled
Winning each half-hour from 8-10pm, The Bachelorette made ABC the #1 network in its 2-hour time period for the 2nd week in a row, beating NBC’s unscripted combo (American Ninja Warrior/debut of Get Out Alive with Bear Grylls) by 2.2 million viewers and by 27% in Adults 18-49. In addition, the ABC unscripted series was Monday’s #2 TV show with viewers and young adults, behind only CBS’ Under the Dome. Gaining week to week in viewers (+8%) and young adults (+6%), The Bachelorette marked its most-watched telecast this season and its 2nd highest number with Adults 18-49.
Building in Total Viewers (+11%) and Adults 18-49 (+9%) to deliver 4-week highs, ABC’s beat out NBC’s Siberia in the 10 o’clock hour by wide margins on both measures (+48%/+20%). Up over original programming on the year-ago night, the new drama continued to improve its hour year to year by double-digits in viewers (+43%) and young adults (+20%).
