Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights - Week of July 1 to July 7, 2013

 

 

  • For the second consecutive week (M-SU) and July sweep to date, Univision was the #1 broadcast network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49. 

 

  • On Monday night, Univision ranked as the #1 network among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, FOX, and NBC in each demographic.   Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both demographics.
  • On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #2 network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, CBS, and FOX in each demographic.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Wednesday night, Univision ranked as the #1 network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Thursday night, Univision’s ranked as the #1 network among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34; top 10 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • On Friday, Univision ranked as the #1 network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for both demographics.
  • Airing “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday), Univision ranked #2 among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC, CBS, and NBC in each demographic.  “Sabado Gigante” saw increases over the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (2.1 Million, +22%), Adults 18-49 (857,000, +20%), and Adults 18-34 (368,000, +12%).
  • On Sunday night, Univision ranked #1 among Adults 18-49 and #2 among Adults 18-34, out-delivering ABC, CBS and NBC in each demographic.  Also, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 20 programs for both demographics.

  

ü Airing at 7:44 p.m., the “Copa Oro” (Gold Cup) match “Mexico vs. Panama” averaged 3.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.9 Million Adults 18-49, and 944,000 Adults 18-34. 

 

ü  Following “Copa Oro” (Gold Cup) at 10:08 p.m., “Parodiando” averaged 2.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.4 Million Adults 18-49, and 614,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • At 8 p.m., Univision’s novela “Porque El Amor Manda” (Because Love Rules) helped Univision rank as the #1 network for the hour (M-F) among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  The novela averaged 3.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.9 Million Adults 18-49, and 946,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 network for the hour (M-F) among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.  “Amores Verdaderos” averaged 4.2 Million Total Viewers 2+, 2.2 Million Adults 18-49, and 1.0 Million Adults 18-34.

 

  • Univision’s 10 p.m. novela “Que Bonito Amor” (Beautiful Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49.   The novela averaged 3.3 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 Million Adults 18-49, and 734,000 Adults 18-34.

UniMás is Over-Delivering its Prior Season Performance Among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49

 

 

UniMás Broadcast Prime Highlights - Week of July 1, 2013 to July 7, 2013

 

 

  • UniMás reporting double digit percentage gains on Monday night among Total Viewers 2+ (+54%) and Adults 18-49 (+28%) versus the prior Monday.
  • On Tuesday night UniMás grew its audience compared to last Tuesday among Total Viewers 2+ (+5%), Adults 18-49 (+1%), and Adults 18-34 (+11%).
  • UniMás continued to experience week-to-week gains on Wednesday night, increasing its viewership among Adults 18-49 (+15%) and Adults 18-34 (+61%).
  • Airing a 4th of July movie presentation, UniMás reported double digit percentage gains on Thursday night.  UniMás was up +21% among Total Viewers 2+ and +22% among Adults 18-49.
  • For the second consecutive week UniMás reported gains on Saturday night versus the prior Saturday among Adults 18-49 (to 314,000, +6%) and Adults 18-34 (to 197,000, +26%).
  • In the current 2012/2013 Season, UniMás is over-delivering the same weeks in the 2011/2012 Season among Total Viewers 2+ (+6%) and Adults 18-49 (+1%) during broadcast prime. 
  • UniMás attracted 429,000 Total Viewers 2+, 204,000 Adults 18-49, and 102,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime.
