Under the Dome episode 4 airs tonight, and we want to know how you think it'll fare. If you need a quick refresher, Under the Dome earned a 3.3 premiere rating, and then slid to a 2.9, followed by a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating last week. Will it dip further tonight, or do you think it will be stable in its fourth week?

No poll today(technical issues, sorry!) but we still want to hear your predictions for tonight in the comments!

Lying Game has been cancelled fyi

  • Anon

I predict 2.4; the bloom is quickly falling off the rose here.

  • TV Viewer

2.6 and adjusts up .1. Not much competition, but, after a while, even something as being trapped under a dome, becomes a “what else is new” situation.

  • Mike

I will be watching but I know several people who have said “this is it for me, the show is either going to lock me in tonight or I am done” These same people say show hasn’t been interesting enough, or hate the pacing, or HATE the acting.

  • Brandojames

I see the show holding at 2.7. Next week it may go down and then go up again the following week. It would be the floor but its hard to tell.

I’m thinking it may drop a little more given that last episode felt a little weaker than the first 2 episodes. I’m hoping it’ll hold at a 2.7 or raise to the 2.8-2.9 range. But I have a feeling it will either hold steady or have a slight drop with a chance to adjust upwards with the final ratings.

However last week when the adjustments came out, there was no adjustment either way. Likely I’ll say a 2.6 given the slow pace of the 3rd episode.

Did anybody know Cory Monteith from Glee died?

  • Jlopie1

2.5. I’m quickly losing interest in it. Nothing much better on, though, so it won’t bottom out yet!

    Under The Dome – 2.7
    Mistresses – 1.1
    Siberia – 0.8

  • SVU: Hannibal Lector’s Dinner

it’ll win the timeslot, but this show is soooo boring, the only thing i remember from last eposode is that the councilman’s kid found that the dome was in his basement.

  • John J. Joex

Should stay pretty stable in the 2.7 range or so. And Rick Bilyeu, it was designed to work as a mini-series, but they also have a plan to continue it if the ratings are good. And that seems like a sure thing at this point.

  • AniMatsuri

2.4 most of the characters are unlikable and it’s obvious we’ll never find out who or what is behind putting that dome there.

  • Jake

  • Tom

2.5 Maybe 2.6 if they finally do something with Britt Robertson’s character. I’m getting mildly annoyed watching her portray a trinket on a life size charm bracelet.

    ABC: Bachelorette 1.9 Mistresses 1.1

    CBS: Under the Dome 2.8

    CW: I heart Radio a 0.4/0.5

    NBC: Ninja 1.6 Siberia 1.0

It will continue to slide. Anyone who read the book has probably already stopped watching.

If you look at the picture at the top, I imagine the blurry guy sitting down in the background holding his head is thinking “Oh god.. not another Junior scene.”

I hope the girl escapes and stabs him in the neck but then she gets hit by a falling tree or something because the story doesn’t need her character either.
