This season of Big Brother got off to a slow start, but the controversy surrounding racist statements made by a couple of cast members seems to have brought in some new viewers. Last week the Wednesday episode garnered a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating, the Thursday episode rose to a season-high 2.4 and Sunday the show broke that record with a 2.5 adults 18-49 rating. Will the show continue its upward trajectory? Make your predictions!

2.5 equaling the season high. Tomorrow’s episode will hit a 2.6 or 2.7.

  • Mike

    Nope, tomorrow night it will.

Time Warner Cable & CBS better come to an agreement soon or their shows can potentially suffer if TWC drops CBS.

I think Thursday will hit a season high as people want to see Aaryn being evicted. If CBS is smart they will somehow stop it though, whether they like it or not she is the ratings magnet at this point. She and Elissa, for different reasons but yeah

There’s rumors swirling that production isn’t going to let Aaryn leave this week, her controversial remarks makes for ‘good TV.’

Unlikely due to the fact that the majority of the house want Kaitlin gone!

Aaryn will go next week if someone on the other side won. and my rating is 2.5 or 2.6

I’m guessing a 2.5 or a 2.6. And I’m in that TWC affected community, and if they drop I won’t be too happy. Largely I’ve mainly watched the trainwreck of programs on NBC’s network, but have been highly addicted to UTD. I’ve heard its mainly in the larger CBS markets, but I know San Antonio and Austin are among those affected. Hopefully they get their crap together because TWC tried to do the same thing with KXAN (Austin’s NBC affiliate) right before the summer season started.

I think CBS is “fixing” this week, because they know tomorrow night is the 2 hour season finale of “Hells Kitchen” Why else would they have America pick the final nominee. After tomorrow night, Fox will be showing repeats the at least the next 2 weeks, so BB’s ratings should have a healthy rise the next 2 Thurs.
