Burn Notice Psychological warfare

Burn Notice was Thursday's top cable original, with a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating up from last week's 0.7. Graceland was second with a 0.8 up from last week's 0.7.

We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our primary source. If you don't see your show it wasn't in that top 100 list.

The list below is long but you can use your browsers "find on page" feature (usually CTRL+F or CMD+F) to search - that's probably the easiest way to find Thursday night's episode of a specific show

Looking good for Burn Notice and Graceland. They definitely earned their viewers last night. Awesome that all 3 morning airings of Supernatural also made the list.

  • Moose

I don’t see Summer Camp anywhere on that list. I can’t say that I am surprised. I don’t know how the heck it got on the air in the first place. I don’t think I have ever seen a reality show that is more cringe worthy bad. I was embarrassed just watching it.

I wonder how poorly it did?

Is the USA Network going to leave it in that time slot or cancel it altogether?

  • Ram510

I figured Burn Notice would be up, last week was a little bit of a fluke. Last night was probably the best episode of the season. That may not be saying much considering this season hasn’t been that good, which is weird since its the last season and the previous season was great. Jeffery gave a good performance but I feel he’s done better. I hope the season picks up the pace and ends with a bang

Graceland is still boring and contrived, surprised the ratings aren’t going down. Same for S&S

As for BTR I didn’t think it was that great of an episode, I thought the previous episode, Big Time Break Out, was the best. The ending had a series finale vibe to it,is it coming back?

  • Wilfrend

    @Moose,

    Summer Camp – USA
    0.716 million viewers, #15; 0.364 million adults 18-49 (0.3 rating), #14

  • Bill

Wow Wilfred’s #’s are really bad. I wonder if even FX will re-new it

  • JoshuaCanada

I have a feeling they won’t renew it for FX but I think they might ship it off to FXX.

  • Martin

@CS’Revenge – i agree completely with you about Graceland being on repeat the other week making it lose momentum and they are doing it AGAIN next week too and AGAIN!! on the 29th as well, so 5 episodes left and two one week breaks in between, jees.

Great cliffhanger though at the end of the episode with Briggs.

  • Andrew

    Wilfred got a 0.3. Shouldn’t be ahead of Bill O The Clown’s 0.2?

  • Moose

Thank you for the information Wilfrend. :)

  • Moose

According to my DVR, it says that NCIS is in the Summer Camp slot this week. No new episodes appear anywhere on my DVR for the upcoming week. I wonder if that means anything?

  • http://tvbythenumbers.com Robert Seidman

Moose: most likely it means your DVR program guide hasn’t updated with proper info or you setup your season pass incorrectly. My program guide shows an episode at 8p on Thursday, Aug 1 and so does USA’s schedule:

  • Ron

That happened to TNT’s The Hero?

  • Merp

    @Ron,

    The Hero (8:00) – TNT
    0.784 million viewers, #13; 0.414 million adults 18-49 (0.3 rating), #13

  • jack.hnut

So happy for Project Runway! It seems that PR has improved over season 11 which I personally found quite boring. Hope the trend goes on

  • david

Awesome to see a Smallville season two episode make the list. I love that show and i watch it everymorning! Cool to see Charmed and Super Natural as usuall too.

  • Tmansback

Love this year in Burn Notice. I know some fans will think this year sucks because the dynamics of the characters have changed. Some really aren’t even involved in the episodes. People who love Michael Wesson are loving this season. I have feeling the others will have more time to shine in up coming episodes.

  • Dan

@Ram510 – 100% disagree on BN. This season is one of the best in Burn Notice’s entire run. If nothing else, the production values ALONE are light years ahead of the previous seasons–it’s as if there was a budget cache sitting somewhere that they decided to blow on the last year: Cinematography, editing, etc., all look much more polished.

I will agree with you re: Sullivan and Son. It’s downright awful. I also notice the bit actors on the show get defensive and insulting on Twitter when someone tweets that the show is bad. Professional. lol
