Under The Dome is a great summer show. When it comes to Summer TV we want a good guilty pleasure. Under the Dome just like the current season of Dexter are bad, but damn if it is not a bad fun. Next time you watch Dexter every time Dex makes a obvious voice over comment you have to take a drink. Within minutes the show will be even more fun.

Like “Harper’s Island”, CBS’ “Under The Dome” was supposed to be a mini series lasting throughout the summer. Because Island did so poorly (but I did watch every episode and loved it), and Dome has been a huge ratings hit, CBS decides now to make it a series instead of a mini-series? It will eventually be drawn out, and I don’t think people are going to wait a year and watch again–unless you’re a reality show like Big Brother which people look forward to in the summer.

I read that Stephen King himself is writing episodes for next season. That could be a plus. But how long can this success last?

If Mistresses doesn’t stay on the air I will be sad- I need a steamy, dreamy dramedy after a long day’s work 8)
