    Great news! I love this show. I am happy that Syfy will continue to air it.

  • John A

    Of course Syfy would air it. It does well for them.

  • steve

    Continuum is good, not great. It’s certainly better than any scripted scifi series on SyFy in the last few years. It’s pretty sad that they have to buy it from Canada, and can’t produce well-written scifi on their own anymore.

  • EatMorePez

    @steve

    Are you suggesting that “Sharknado” is not well-written scifi?

  • Wright

    Glad to hear it. Great show.

  • DeeAgeaux

    I don’t think there is a show on TV that is consistently great.

    But Continuum has had great episodes.

    Best show that gets less than a 0.5 in the demo.

  • Oneeye

    Really good show considering the budget is not that high

  • BJH

    This is awesome news! An actual “sci fi” show remains on Syfy.

  • John

    > An actual “sci fi” show remains on Syfy.

    SHHHHHH! If SyFy hears you, they may replace Continuum with underwater ghost wrestling or something similarly awful.

  • HitDetector

    Underwater Ghost Wrestling? I LOVE that idea for a movie, it should be called “Rough Waters”… nah too classy, how about “Ghost Splash”?

  • NC

    @john @HitDetector

    That was funny. Made me laugh

    But seriously this is really awesome news. I love Continuum. One of the best shows on TV. It is sad like everyone else is saying that SyFi can’t produce good TV. At least we have this GREAT show!!!

  • P. Fields

    Oh come on, terrible show. I wonder what you guys watch, considering that you think Continuum is one of the best shows on TV. It’s just terrible, the acting is crappy and everything smells like a low budget Fringe wannabe.

  • Zack

    Syfy has nothing 2 do with continuum production. They just play the reruns. It may not be the best show on tv but its the best show on syfy

  • huldu

    I like the concept of the show but it has some problems here and there. Personally I couldn’t stand the girlfriend of Alec, the second I saw her I knew exactly what was going to happen. It was so ridiculously predictable. Best moment was seeing her die but… after seeing the season finale… /sigh.

  • Laura

    THANK YOU SyFy!

    Continuum’s a GREAT show, quality entertainment…and long may it run. Excellent concept…hooray Canada. They’ve been producing winners for awhile…bout time they were recognized for their efforts!
