“AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL: GUYS AND GIRLS” STRUTS TO THE SERIES’ BEST PREMIERE IN TWO YEARS

 

August 6, 2013 (Burbank, CA) – Cycle 20 of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL returned to the runway Friday night, delivering the series’ most watched and highest-rated premiere in two years, according to national Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Friday, Aug. 2, 2013. The two-hour debut of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL: GUYS AND GIRLS was its most-watched (1.55 million) and highest-rated premiere among adults 18-34 (0.7/3), women 18-34 (0.9/4), and adults 18-49 (0.6/3) since Sept. 14, 2011.

 

ANTM lifted The CW to its best Friday in more than two years in women 18-34 (best since April 29, 2011), and to the network’s best Friday since Jan. 6, 2012 among women 18-49 (0.8/3).

 

It also marked The CW’s best Friday in nearly two years in adults 18-34 (0.7/3, Oct. 21, 2011), and the best total audience and adults 18-49 rating since Dec. 21, 2012.

 

The CW ranked #1 on Friday night from 8:00-10:00 p.m. with women 18-34 and #2 with adults 18-34.

 

ANTM also ranked as the #1 most social show on broadcast television on Friday night, according to data from Trendrr.tv, with more Facebook mentions than any other broadcast program, and the second-highest activity across both Twitter and GetGlue of either broadcast or cable series.
